The ship was sinking and it was sinking fast, people ran around screaming and pushing others over. A loud clank could be heard as another part of the ship fell off, Water rushed in from all the opened side pressuring down onto the windows of the lower deck causing those who were trying to get out to fall in and drown. The sky howled as if it was in pain and thunderous clouds formed as if Zeus himself were angry with the ship, but it wasn't Zeus or Poseidon who had caused such terror into the hearts and bodies of the people onboard the ship. It was the daughters of the river god Achelous and a Muse, Their beautiful enchanting voices can be heard by the many men on the ship. The women could look up and see the Half-birds, half beautiful maidens flying in the air above them but they couldn't hear what they were saying but that was the least of their worries. The ship was halfway in the water and most were drowning, A woman with beautiful brown-skin and white hair held a baby who was no older than a few months. The child was crying as her mother ran towards the lifeboat with her husband trailing behind her shooting at the sirens with the old bannerman shot gun which was a model 1900. His long dark hair fell along his face as he nudged for his wife to run faster. The woman looks at another woman in the lifeboat knowing she wouldn't make it, with one look at her small baby who was wrapped tightly and securely in a bundle a single tear fell down her face as she place her ring into the baby's small hand before tossing her towards her sister who caught the baby with a look of terror. "Angela I won't make it I'm sorry!" she says with a look of despair, her sister stared in disbelief and grief as the lifeboat finally landed into the water, tears fell down her face as she looked at the white haired woman and father who pulled the woman into his arms while sorrowfully looking down at the boat, Angelia glared daggers at the sky as hatred seeped into her heart. Where was their greek god now?! How could he let such a devilish thing happen, but she couldn't be anger with him for this catastrophe. She stared at her sister's husband head as the boat moved further away, it was his fault and she knew it. How could he bring her sister into such horror and make her accept what she was, they ran away together to be in denial not to accept it. Now they were gone.. Forever and it was all his fault, she knew he was no good for her sister but her sister ignored her words and now... she was most likely dead. She knew the true reason all this happened but once she closed her eyes and held her niece to her chest as she drift off into a alert yet dreamlike state she promised to never utter a word about the tragedy that unfolded on that terrible day. The baby, Onyx Lee, could never know the truth.
