He pinched her right cheek and said ," You are a beautiful soul and any man would be lucky to have you ," he said gong closer and closer and kissed. " Guys it is okay. That's enough , you should have told me to find you a room ," Idris interrupted again. "Tis is the second time you are ruining our moment Idris , Who sends you because you don't miss your timing, " Levi said standing up as Nova shied away from them wiping her mouth. " Well, i come in peace. I just came to collect my money , nothing personal ," he said raising his hands up as if someone raised a g*n at him. " This your love for money will get you into trouble one day, " Levi said pulling some cash from his pocket and handed it to Idris. " Here take, and don't show yourself here again ," he said . Idris was smiling childishly counting the money loudly. " one, two , three, i trust you there is no need to count it , thanks man , " he said leaving.

"Okay Nova , lets go join others before we are dismissed to go to bed. Mr Toshi Had a little announcement to make that night . after all the students had settled down he begun , " As you know , today is the last night we will be spending at Eco farm. Tomorrow we will be heading back to school. I want to thank you for your cooperation during our stay here , there was no reported mischief and that is a good sign . The bus will be here by 9 am be ready with your bags packed , i don't want any delays or reports of forgotten luggage while in the bus . Okay ? Good night everyone we will see tomorrow ," he concluded.

The following day , the students were packing their bags chatting happily. " I can't wait to get to school and gist others about the trip but i will be graduating this year and that means that i won't be able to go to next years trip , " Clara said to her friend Amora as they were packing their bags. '' Can't believe you are saying that Clara , how i wish we were added some more few days to stay here. This place is fun, i like it more here. This may be the last memories we are having with each others. Some of us will never meet again. Some will die, others travel far away from each other and yeah that how life is " Amora said . It was time to leave and all the students were instructed to settle in the bus. Levi was the last one to leave the farm.

" He stood at the main gate entrance to the farm, took on last glance at the farm and slowly turned and begun walking towards the farm . The other students were watching him from the bus windows telling him to hurry up. His walking speed reduced and he appeared to be struggling to walk. "Levi, is everything okay with you over there ?"Nova called loudly from the bus . He walked staggering on the ground until he could not hold it anymore and dropped to the ground. " Levi !" Clara shouted as she came down the bus running towards him . " Levi wake up ! what happened to you ? wake up !" Nova cried.

Everybody was now surrounding Levi who was lying on the ground struggling to breathe. He begun coughing and a red liquid came out of his mouth . " Oh my God , is that blood ? Someone call the ambulance !" Idris shouted . " I have already done that , the ambulance will be here any minute from now ," Teacher Terra said joining them holding her phone in her hand. When it arrived, mr Toshi carried him to the ambulance and Nova followed him closely holding his hand shouting his name. Only mr Toshi was allowed in the ambulance to accompany Levi to the hospital . Nova dropped to the ground and shouted begging them to take her with them.

" Please just tell me that he will be okay, you know i can't live without him ," she cried holding on tightly on Rio. " Yes he will be fine. Levi is a good person and i believe that his good deeds will make him be okay. You have nothing to worry about the doctors will take care of him ," Rio said hugging her. They went in the bus and it drove directly to the hospital. Back at the hospital , Levi was put in an isolated room away from the other patients to prevent his condition from worsening . After a long pleading with the doctor , he later allowed the the students to meet with their friend. They entered the room and there was Levi, lying motionless on the bed with fluids running through his body with a face gas mask on his face.

Beside him was his father who was seated close to him holding his hand. His eyes had turned red and could not stop crying. " I warned you not to go Levi, but you insisted and told me that you will be fine . Now look at you, look at what you have done to yourself. You are the only thing that your mother left me when she died and you know if anything happens to you i will die , " he wept bitterly. There was silence, no one dared to talk . They just stared at each other in confusion. " Good day everyone ," The doctor greeted as he greeted as he came in as he held a file with a pile of papers in his hands . He did some examination on Levi . " If you don't mind i would talk to talk to Levis father kindly ," the doctor said .

" No , let them stay , they need to know what is going on with their friend ," Levis father intervened . " Well then, i have the results from, the recent tests , and unfortunately the news is not what we had hoped for . I am afraid the results have shown something serious and i have some bad news to share, " he paused and cleared his throat. " The blood tests we ran came back showing some significant abnormalities. His white blood cells are very high , and the red blood cells and platelets are low, which affects your body functions. This points to a cancer in your bone marrow called leukemia , and it has progressed to an advanced stage. I want you to know we have a team ready to help him through this ," he concluded.

" Excuse me doctor, but i have heard that someone with leukemia stage 4 can never be cured and in most cases they die , does that mean that Levi is going to die soon ?" Amora asked curiously. All faces turned and stared at her with surprise looks . "Really Amora, is this all you can say before our friend who is lying on that bed fighting for his life ?" Rio asked angrily. " Okay , okay , calm down everyone , she asked a good question just that she didn't ask the right way ," said the doctor. " There is no set timeline for a stage 4 leukemia patient, as survival varies greatly depending on the specific type of leukemia, the indivindual's overall health, age, and response to treatment. For aggressive forms like acute myeloid leukemia , survival can be measured in weeks or months without treatment, but with modern treatment, survival can be extended to a year or more and in some cases is curable," he concluded.
