Viper Legacy Descending in a Rain of Fire

In the year 1856, in the Neuschwanstein castle, the King Daevon and Queen Athela were so happy when they got married. Over the years, Queen Athela began to feel that something is missing from their life. She realized that she wanted a child. The night before the one year anniversary, Athela went to speak to Daevon about it but was stopped because Daevon was talking with his advisor about something important. She waited till they were done speaking before she went to speak to him. Queen Athela was walking around and when she returned to Daevon’s study, she saw that he was alone sitting in his chair. She went over to him from behind and wrapped her arms around him and kissed his forehead. She could tell that something was bothering him but she also knows that he wouldn’t tell her even if she asked. She walked around and sat down on the arm of the chair looking at her husband. Daevon, I would like to talk to you about something? Athela said. What is it Athela? Daevon inquired. As you know I have been really happy but I can’t help but feel like something is missing from our life. Athela said. What do you mean my love? Daevon inquired. What I mean is that I want a child. Athela said. You want to have a child? Daevon inquired dumbfounded. Yes I do. I didn’t know how you would react at finding out that I want a child. Once the maid left the room, Athela went over to her husband and woke him up by kissing him on the lips. He slowly peeled his eyes open and when he was awake, he saw that Athela was getting dressed in the royal attire. She relayed the message that the maid gave and he immediately got dressed. Together with their hands clasped, they walked to the throne room. Once they entered someone announced their entrance and everyone bowed before them. They walked to the thrones and sat down. She swallowed and looked at him and he saw that her eyes were misting over. He sat down beside her and wrapped his arm around her. He needed to reassure her that she isn’t alone in anything as long as he is by her side where he intends to say forever. Athela knew that her past was going to come back and bite her in the ass. She looked at her husband and saw the concern and worry in his eyes so she decided that it was time to tell him about her past. Once I got to him, he told me that he wished that I died as a infant and that I was ruining his life. The next day, I was out with one of my friends with guards following and when I returned to the castle, I found the servants dead in the halls. I went to the throne room, I saw Kaezo slit my mother’s throat and when he and my father fought, my father saw me and was distracted and Kaezo took that opportunity to knock my father’s sword from his hands and picked it up and drove my father’s own sword into his heart. My brother than looked at me and he decided to leave me among the bodies of my parents and I haven’t seen him since. Athela got up and went into their room and went into the closet and took down a long cloth that covered something. She came out and sat it on the bed and uncovered what the cloth was covering. Daevon looked at the sword and he was completely amazed by it. This is my father’s sword that he died by. Witnessing my brother, my own flesh and blood murder our parents, it traumatized me to the point were I decided to lock that part of my life away.
