The Truth

Suddenly the room was filled with werewolves! Kenneth stood before Nadia, ready to attack when Ryan pounced on him. Helena, William and Kie shifted too, all to protect Nadia. Lizbeth ran from the chamber and into the hall. Nadia felt a burning sensation from her fingers. She flung her hands down to shake her need to use magic. Soon her arms felt warm and heavy too. Her back began to sweat and her legs trembled. The room was chaos and she was hiding in a corner. She could see her mother behind the white fur. Her green eyes, the same eyes Nadia has were still very much her mom. "Nadia! Can you hear me?!" A faint whisper ran in her head. "Nadia, it's mom, look at me!" Nadia looked at Helena who was hovering over her, nipping and snapping at Kenneth if needed. The boys were doing a great job in keeping him back but he was persistent. "Nadia! Hear me! Hear my voice. It's a wolf instinct. Hear me!" Helena's voice was now loud and clear. "I hear you mom! What do I do?" Nadia spoke aloud to her. "Stay calm, stay down. We'll handle this." Helena's words were muffled in and out a bit as Nadia focused on her voice. Amongst the fur Nadia wasn't sure who was who anymore. She saw her mother had white fur and green eyes. Her father has brown eyes so he must be the one with dark brown fur. Then like a ton of bricks she saw Ryan. Dark grey fur with piercing blue eyes. Her body became flush and she felt a sharp pain throughout her skin and bones. "Mate." Nadia whispered and shivered. Ryan briefly looked to Nadia in the corner and with one final push, he slammed his father to the ground. Kenneth let out a yelp in defeat. The room was destroyed but finally quiet enough to just hear everyone's heavy breath and hearts beating fast. "Nadia?" Ryan said to her in wolf. She could hear it in her head, just like her mother's voice. "Ryan!" She moved forward but a broken mirror caught her reflection. There in the mirror was a golden wolf with green eyes. Her eyes. She had shifted to a wolf. The room was silent when the guards came in. Lizbeth alerted them of the situation. They quickly shifted from wolf to human when they saw Alpha Kenneth was hurt. Soon Kenneth, Kie, William and Ryan shifted as well. They were all naked, standing in a room with broken glass and furniture. Helena and Nadia stayed in wolf form. Nadia had no idea how to shift back. ""It's ok, sweetie. It's ok. You can shift back by just letting go of your strength. Breathe in and out." Helena's voice was calm and soothing. "Everyone get out, give the Queen some privacy!" "I will stay your Majesty. I will help her shift." Ryan stood his ground to Helena. She accepted and left the room in wolf form. "It's ok Nadia, like your mom said. Just let go and you'll shift back." Ryan moved closer to her slowly. A first time shift is painful. It can be uncontrollable and instinctive. If a wolf can't let go of their strength they can remain in wolf form for some time. It's definitely a learning curve. Nadia looked at Ryan and slunk down to the floor. She felt as if her heart could bust out from her chest. She felt Ryan get closer. He moved down to her and sat by her side. She moved her head to his chest and followed his breathing. She felt her fur loosen, her bones began to crack and the sweat cooled her down. Soon she saw her hands again. Her stomach, knees and legs. Ryan was holding her tight and continued to breathe evenly. They sat for a moment on the floor, naked and holding each other tightly. Ryan moved a bit to grab a blanket that was on a nearby sofa. He shook it from the debri and wrapped her in it. "Ryan…" Nadia's voice broke and tears filled her eyes. "It's ok babe. Shhh...it's ok." Ryan held her tighter and kissed her forehead. A knock at the door startled them both and Lizbeth and Kie rushed into the room. They both had robes for each of them and hurried to cover their naked skin. Lizbeth examined Nadia for injuries and Kie had an ice pack on Ryan's arm. They worked silently and quickly, like they both had done this before. "Let's get you two back to the suite. No more meetings today." Lizbeth said and helped Nadia to her feet. There was no one within the castle which was odd. There are usually many people out and about and Nadia was nervous to have people see her this way. Kie whispered they had the halls cleared so they had privacy. Upon reaching the suite Lizbeth quickly began a bath for Nadia and Kie led Ryan to an additional bathroom to shower. "Are you ok Nadia? Are you hurt?" Lizbeth began to examine her again. "No, umm… I'm fine. Just sore." Nadia's face felt warm as she realized she was crying again. "Liz, what has happened to me?" "Oh, sweet Nadia. I'm so sorry." Lizbeth pulled her close and hugged her tightly. "I'm gonna get you cleaned up and have the waiters bring you some soup. I think you and Ryan really need to have some time together." "Yes, Lizbeth. We do." After they were both cleaned, dressed and awaiting dinner to be brought, Kie and Nadia said goodnight. The room was awkwardly quiet as Ryan and Nadia stood in the kitchen. Ryan turned his body to face Nadia and like nothing had happened just moments before he swept her up into his arms and carried her to the couch. "Are you ok?! Tell me, for sure. Are you ok? Does anything hurt at all?" Ryan was frantically repeating himself as he searched for any sort of wound, scrape or bruise. "I'm ok. I'm ok. Really I am. Are you?!" Nadia asked back and saw the cut above his eyebrow and gauze wrapped around his arm. "Yeah, just a few sucker shots from my ol' man. Can't believe he did that." Ryan rolled his eyes in anger. "Well, can't say I blame him. His daughter in law is a witch. Oh and a Werewolf as you already know." Nadia said. "I'm your mate! This is amazing!" Ryan changed the subject a bit. "I mean, all the other s**t aside, you're my mate and I'm yours!" He kissed her quickly and fast. "I know, I know I heard myself say Mate. When I saw you in wolf form, it was like a bolt of lighting." Nadia kissed him back. "You had shifted by then too. Did you know?" "No, I didn't. Not until I saw my reflection in the mirror. That was crazy and thrilling! I could hear your voice in my head! I could see you in those eyes but you were...a f*****g wolf! And I'm a wolf… and holy s**t!" Nadia kissed him again and sat on top of him. They began to kiss longer and deeper. A knock at the door interrupted them. The waiter had arrived with dinner. "Leave it and go!" Ryan called out as he began to kiss Nadia on her face, ear, neck and chest. "Like I said before, clothes off first." Nadia pulled his shirt off as she straddled him on the couch. His sweatpants left nothing to hide and she could easily feel him. All of him. There was something different this time. Something more extreme and intense. It was as if he felt it too. He swung her down on the couch and quickly peeled off her loose fitting lounge clothes. She had nothing on underneath which was perfectly sexy. He growled in excitement. Soon they were both naked on the couch, writhing and kisses. … POV Nadia … His lips feel softer, his hands strong and his d**k, harder. Why was this different than just from this morning? This was so… ahhh…. so…. my god. His face hurried between my breasts, sucking and kissing. His thumbs rubbed a n****e as his mouth pleased the other. He was breathing so heavy, his eyes turned black again. I pushed him back up as I wanted to see him from below me. I straddled him again and he must have felt my wetness. That was the moan and groan of a man. A man who loved me. I kissed him deeper, softer and slower for a minute as I sunk myself onto him. Mmm...yes. … … POV Ryan … It's her wolf. Her instincts that's coming forward. Wolf to wolf as nature intended. Her soul and mine were finally connecting in a way I had only imagined. I knew she was my mate but to have her also be a wolf. Mind-blowing. Her body was so hot to the touch, her skin tasted so good and that… f**k! I need it now! She pushed me up and I know she wants some control. To show me what her wolf can do. Those deep, slow kisses drive me mad! I need to be...in...ohhhh yes. There it is. That's exactly what I wanted and oohh, she's not slowing down. Ok babe, show me what you got!" … Nadia tilted her body back a bit and rested her hand on his knees behind her. Ryan took over for just a moment so she could catch her breath. When she fell forward again she nestled her face in his neck and took a deep breath. "I can smell you so much better. I thought that was my magic?" Nadia looked confused. "Maybe. Or maybe both. Magic and wolf." Ryan kept the pace going. "Ryan… how do I…" "You'll just know babe. You'll feel the urge to mark me. Don't rush it. Just let it happen. Even if not right now. I'm enjoying this as is." Ryan kissed her again and sped up. Ryan grabbed her ass and with supernatural strength stood up and carried her to their bed. He laid her down and lifted one leg to his shoulder. This position was new for her and she was enjoying it. "Ryan, I'm so close." Nadia whispered, her head tilted back in ecstasy. With a few finally thrusts Nadia finished and which soon drove Ryan to his end as well. This experience was something out of this world. Which is a lot to say since just last night they both thought THAT was intense. Something about being a werewolf, a natural born werewolf takes love making to a whole different level. When you add everything up, this is exactly how the Moon Goddess built wolves. To be so indulged with each other, they would literally die for their mate. Ryan and Nadia were both natural born werewolves and mates. The ultimate combination. Again exhausted and drained, Ryan stayed close to her body and held her. They both lay breathless and speechless. Nadia turned her body to him and laid her head on his chest. "I'm sorry I didn't mark you." Nadia whispered. "What? What did you say babe?" Ryan opened his eyes. "I didn't mark you. I should have." Nadia lifted herself to her elbow. She looked at his face and was taken back by his confusion. "Wha...no. Don't apologize for that Nadia, you are under no obligation to mark me. Oh, my sweet girl. Let's rest for a bit. Then we can have a long, long talk. I love you." Ryan kissed her sweetly and nested into her. Sleep sounded perfect. A warm ray of sunshine hit Nadia's face and she used her hand to cover her eyes. They slept all evening and through the night. Apparently a shift… and a werewolf workout will take all your energy. Strangely though she felt very tired still, even having slept for many hours. She had moved away from Ryan at some point in the night. She saw him in the sunlight, sleeping peacefully and quiet. His hair a mess, his facial hair growing in. His lips were slightly parted and a deep pink. His chest moved with each breath, gentle and smooth. His tattoos seemed to shine in this light. The blue flowers looked real as if she could actually smell them. She laid and watched him sleep, without touching him or moving. This moment was fleeting and she wanted to savor it. She had drifted back to sleep and awoke a second time to kisses on her shoulder and Ryan's arm pulling her into him. His scent was stronger than ever. It was as if there was real Palo Santo burning in the room! That wasn't her magic that allowed her to smell him, it was her wolf! "Good morning my love." Ryan snuggled his face into her neck and breathed her in. "Good morning." She slunk back into him. "Actually good morning again, I was awake a bit ago. Must have fallen back asleep looking at your handsome face." Nadia reached back and stroked his cheek. "Hmm, you should have woken me. I don't wanna miss a moment awake with you." He said. "I couldn't. You were so calm I didn't want to disturb you. Besides shouldn't a wolf rest after the day we had?" Nadia questioned half seriously. "True. We did have a hell of a day." Ryan leaned back and stretched fully. A low growl escaped his mouth. "I'm starving. Ah s**t, our dinner is definitely cold by now." Ryan remembered dinner had been served last night. "Haha, yeah. I'll call for breakfast. You rest." Nadia slid off the bed and wrapped herself in a silk robe. She took to the kitchen area and sent a telegram for breakfast. Pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, fruit, coffee, potatoes, juice… she didn't skimp on anything. It has been nearly a whole day since their last meal. "Am I this hungry because I'm a wolf or…" Nadia asked Ryan as she climbed back into bed. "Haha, yeah. Ravenous is definitely a wolf trait." Ryan had stood up and pulled on a pair of sweats and went to the bathroom Nadia laid back down and watched the sun rays dance on the ceiling. It wasn't long before the hint of sweet syrup and smoky bacon hit her nose. "Food is here!" The waiter could barely push the cart into the room before Nadia was sampling. She cramped a whole pancake in her mouth and followed it with strawberries, sausage links, french toast dipped in powdered sugar and syrup. She took a deep breath, chugged back some juice and started again. "Hahaha! Damn babe, you gonna leave anything for me?" Ryan laughed as he ran to the food. He dove right in as well. No need for plates, utensils or napkins. Eating food was even a whole new experience now that Nadia had shifted. Everything was more... intense... flavorful...juicy… delicious! She was shocked at how much she was able to eat without feeling miserable! "How are werewolfs not 1,000 pounds?! I've eaten more than ever before and I could still eat more!" Nadia said disgusted with herself. "Adrenaline. Muscle mass. Calorie intake. It's all intertwined. You burn a s**t ton of calories shifting. Just shifting alone. Then figure running, fighting, hunting, mating. It takes a lot of energy to be a wolf." Ryan spoke with such ease and clarification. Nadia felt light-years away from his wolf knowledge. "Right. Ya know, I've studied wolves and the books don't tell you all of this. Why?" Nadia felt cheated by her education. "Well, those books were written as a guideline. They are on the very basics of wolf life. You'll never truly know what it's like to be a species unless you are. Like with your magic, I'll never know what that's like." Ryan said. "Unless you turn." Nadia smirked. "Haha, yes. My dad would f*****g love that!" Ryan playfully threw a crust of bread at her. They soon began to slow down as they finished each dish. Holding her stomach Nadia laid on the couch. Ryan followed suit and lay close to her. They were quiet for awhile, letting thier bodies settle and thier minds rest. "I'm stuffed." Nadia whispered. "Me too babe." Ryan whispered back. "You stared calling me babe." Nadia said as she softly touched his arm. "Yeah, I guess I did. Is that ok?" Ryan looked at her with hope. "Yeah. I like it. I've heard other couples use that phrase and I think it's sweet." Nadia smiled back at his blue eyes. "Good. What are you gonna call me?" Ryan teased. "Umm… I can't call you babe back?" Nadia furrowed her brow. "Oh totally, just thought you had something else in mind?" "Oh yes, sweetie petey pudding pie!" Nadia joked. "Love that! Yes!" Ryan tickled her sides. "Oh no, no touch… I'm so full I may bust!" Nadia cradled her stomach. "Are you too full to talk?" Ryan said sitting up a bit. "No. I can manage that cuz we really need to." Nadia sat up as well. "Can I ask the first question?" Ryan asked softly. "Yes honey. Oh, there's my name for you." Nadia smiled sweetly and Ryan blushed. "Why did you turn witch?"
