CH1 The beginning
Rahul was an ordinary boy living in a bustling city filled with tall skyscrapers and the constant hum of traffic. He loved reading about dinosaurs, always imagining what life would be like if they still roamed the Earth. But he never thought he would get a chance to find out.
One evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, a strange light illuminated the sky. It grew brighter and brighter until—**CRASH!**—a meteor plummeted into the heart of the city. The ground shook violently, and a loud rumble echoed through the streets as people scrambled to see what had happened.
Rahul ran outside with his parents, joining the crowds gathering near the massive crater that had formed in the city square. But it wasn’t just a meteor. As the dust settled, a strange portal began to swirl in the air above the impact site—glowing with an eerie light, pulsing with energy. Before anyone could react, the portal grew larger, emitting a strange, low hum.
Suddenly, people started disappearing. One by one, they were pulled into the portal, their screams echoing into the night. Rahul’s heart pounded in his chest as he grabbed onto his mother’s hand. "What's happening?" he shouted, but no one had answers. His eyes were wide with fear and confusion as he saw people vanishing into thin air.
Without warning, the portal expanded again, and from its depths, Rahul saw something emerge—a massive, towering figure. At first, it was just a shadow, but then it stepped into the light. A **dinosaur**. A real, living dinosaur. It let out a deafening roar as it stomped into the city, chaos unfolding in every direction.
People ran in all directions, but the portal was relentless, pulling more and more of the city's residents inside. Rahul’s mind raced, trying to make sense of it all. **Was this the end?**
In the midst of the madness, Rahul spotted a group of scientists rushing towards the portal, carrying strange equipment. He had heard rumors about top-secret experiments in the city, but never believed they were real. Now, it seemed they might hold the key to stopping this.
Just as Rahul turned to follow them, something tugged at him—a strange force pulling him towards the portal. His feet lifted off the ground as he screamed, fighting against the invisible force. But no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t stop it. The last thing he saw was his parents, reaching out to him as he was swallowed by the light.
Then, everything went dark.
When Rahul opened his eyes, he wasn’t in the city anymore. He was in a strange new world—lush, green, and wild. The sky was a deep, unnatural shade of purple, and in the distance, he could hear the roars of dinosaurs. He wasn’t alone—other people were here too, wandering in confusion, trying to figure out where they were.
But Rahul knew. He was in the world of the dinosaurs.
And then...
