The next few days were filled with a strange, almost eerie fog. Damian had sent a few texts but he was unresponsive and brief in his responses. I thought i was normal and he was just doing his job, but the thoughts in my head wouldn't leave me. I felt like he was hiding something from me and i was really dissatisfied.
