New York city crystal sat on the cold chair in her room listening to the voices coming from downstairs. funny how the male voice belongs to her husband Alder wood but she never gets the opportunity to chat with him, "ma'am, madam, breakfast is ready" said a maid "good morning Ellen. " she greeted the maid before walking into the bathroom for her personal business. "Alder try this",a woman gentle voice could be heard as crystal went downstairs,she pulled out a chair at the table to sit. "good morning" she greeted the two at the table,but she expected no reply since it as become a routine. "Alder can you drop me at the company,I didn't drive here" pearl asked gently "ummm" Alder hummed a reply "Alder can you remember Mr Marcus,I told you I was having hard time signing a deal with him.but guess what I got the contract yesterday even though I drank alot that I can't drive today " pearl said "good job ,and avoid drinking you should be careful with your health " Alder replied with his face full of tenderness. "it just few glasses it no big deal , am just happy I could share out of the burden ",she said acting spoilt. "oh right, crystal are you staying at home today again "pearl asked raising her voice like the people around the table can't hear her, Crystal lifed her head from stuffing her stomach with food, "yes "crystal nodded. " are you not tired of staying at home all day?,if I was the one I would be bored to death" she asked , Alder hissed eying Crystal mockingly. "Alder I heard your company as an open spot for receptionist maybe you should hire Crystal "pearl with fake concern on her face "she is not worthy " Alder replied coldly " oh I forgot,You didn't go to college,to work in Woods corp you need good results " pearl said feigning ignorance. "maybe you should come to my place,but it just cleaning job available " she said looking at crystal mockingly. "Thanks,miss Williams but that won't be necessary " crystal snapped at her. "Alder ,I just want to help crystal but she dies not want,I promise the pay is very good" she whined to Alder like she is being wrong. " she does not deserve your help " Alder replied glaring coldly at crystal. Crystal continue eating her meals ignoring the two ,with Pearl still whining about helping her look for job. "boss it ready" Alder personal assistant came in ,miss Williams he nodded at pearl ignoring Crystal. " good morning,Mr Smith" crystal greeted him he stared at her briefly without replying. " boss have prepared the car and what you requested for" .The three if them left the table ignoring her,she was already used to the treatment.Everyone looks down on her ,even the servants only her personal maid respect her. " Alder would you accompany me to try out my dress for tonight? she heard pearl gentle voice. He considered her a gold digger,just like the rest of his family since she got married to him after she saved his grandmother at county side and his grandma forced him to marry her to show her appreciation,if not he would be married to his childhood sweetheart Pearl Williams who is a rich heiress fit enough for his status. "are you done eating?" the harsh voice of a maid brought her back from her thought." if you are done, leave I need to clean this place," the maid said impatiently. Crystal nodded leaving the dinner hall to her room. At a coffee shop crystal dressed in plain black trouser and sweater that did nothing to hide her beauty and a black cap ,sat patiently waiting for someone. Are you crystal? crystal raised her head to stare at the hunk standing at her front, dressed in branded expensive clothes. she asked " you are Alpha A right" ' what do you think ' The man grab the chair at her front to sit," I didn't expect you to be this pretty" he said checking her out hiding it.
