Marinettes Point of View
-
My hair was down to my shoulders as I slowly walked to school. My arms stung as always, but my focus wasn't on that. It was on Chat Noir.
The stupid cat had come into my room and kissed me. Why? Why would he do something like that? I wasn't anything special. Sure, I was a superhero, but he didn't know that and I didn't act anything like Ladybug as Marinette, so why me?
I was so distracted with my thoughts that I didn't notice Adrien coming up to me.
"Marinette," I turned towards him, my eyes narrowed. "A-are you okay?" He looked very nervous.
I scoffed and started walking towards the school doors, my chest physically hurting because of all my emotions. Why couldn't they just make this easier on everyone and stop trying to take pity on me? It's for their own good.
"No." Adrien said behind me, and I felt something grab my hand and pull me towards him, lifting my hand in the process. My sweater sleeve rolled down a bit. A small gasp was emitted through his mouth, and he gently pulled my sleeve downwards.
I yanked my arm away, and pulled down my sleeve as I headed to the other side of the stairs leading to school. Knowing what a wonderfully kind person he was, he'd now try extra hard to help me. I knew it was only because he felt sorry for me, so I'd now have to take extra caution to avoid him.

I didn't believe it. Sure, I already saw some of her arms, but in the daylight when they're not covered in blood, you can see a lot more. Why would such an amazing girl do that to herself? Not to mention the other things I noticed on her arm. Along with the cuts, there were patches of red and purple on her skin that didn't look self-inflicted, where did those come from? What was really going on?
I knew one thing, a certain superhero would be following her home.
