Chapter Twenty-Two Friday, November 6, 2015 I had stayed up all night and I smoked all of my cigarettes. My sister gave me an advance payment for helping her move in the morning. I bought a pack of cigarettes, a coffee, a butter tart and a muffin and I had just enough left for another coffee with a quarter left over. I helped her move from her office during the day. She took me for lunch at one of the hip restaurants downtown that is very popular. “Lucky you,” Sarah said when I told her where I was being treated to lunch. After we finished lunch, I walked down the street to get a coffee at Tim Horton’s.
