Love Across the Miles

Jemar and Jessa Lyn met each other online while playing an online game. They had a common interest in video games and would often play together for hours. Over time, they started talking outside of the game and developed a close friendship. They discovered that they lived in different parts of the world, Jemar lived in the Philippines while Jessa Lyn was in the United States. Despite the distance, they continued to talk every day and their feelings for each other grew stronger. One day, Jemar finally mustered up the courage to tell Jessa Lyn how he felt about her. "Jessa Lyn, I know we're far apart, but I can't help how I feel about you. I think about you all the time and I want to be with you," Jemar confessed over a video call. "We can make it work, Jessa Lyn. I'll do whatever it takes to be with you. We can video call every day, send each other letters, and plan visits to see each other," Jemar promised. Jessa Lyn was hesitant, but Jemar's sincerity and determination to make their relationship work made her feel hopeful. "Okay, Jemar. Let's give it a shot. I want to be with you too," she agreed. From that day forward, Jemar and Jessa Lyn became an official couple. They started planning visits to see each other and would spend countless hours video calling each other every day. Although the distance was difficult, their love for each other kept them going. But little did they know, the challenges of a long-distance relationship were just beginning.
