Another sunny morning. Time was playing on my nerves. The weather wasn’t supportive of my state of mind and that irritated me. I had spent a terrible night, my eyes were still swollen from the tears I had shed, probably for too long. My alarm clock read a quarter to eight. And besides, I was in a hurry... my driving lesson was starting in just half an hour. I jumped into my pants without even taking the time to go shower and ran to join Millie. She was already waiting for me in the car.
