"I was crawling to her but the chains stopped me. She was just inches away from me but I couldn't reach her. She was just barely out of reach..." He grunted out like he was holding back his tears. "And then she stopped screaming." He said lowly, sounding defeated. "I thought I had lost her. That he had killed her too." I swear I could almost see the tears that wanted to fall. "But I saw her breathing. It was shallow but she was still breathing." Blue said. I was hanging onto every word, almost picturing it happening in front of me.
