Chapter 1

New Love

One week later (end of the first movie)

Garth and Lilly have finally move into their own den. It was located half a mile from the Eastern Pack. With tall grass, big trees and a good amount of Caribous and a waterfall with a lake.

Lilly: "This place is perfect Garth."

Garth: chuckling: "I know, this place used to belong to my aunty."

Lilly: "Really? Where is she now?"

Garth frowned, he know where she is, and wish he got to know her better before she had left.

Garth: "She's in a better place now."

Lilly nod and walked up to her new mate, nuzzling his neck. Garth smiled and nuzzle her back. The mood was perfect, but was broken by Lilly's stomach which let out a small growled. Lilly blush lightly while Garth laugh at her embarrassment.

Garth: "I'll be right back, there should be a couple of Caribous around. I'll catch us something real quick."

Lilly: "Okay, but hurry back."

Garth nod and gave Lilly a quick Peck on the lips. The action cause her entire face to flush bright red. Garth ran out of their den. It took Garth ten minutes to locate and kill a doe Caribou, he was only eighty feet away from his den. Garth started to drag the killed doe toward his den. Not knowing that he was being watched the entire time.

POW!

Something hit Garth in his right back leg. Garth release his kill and stare at the red dart attach to his leg. Garth grab it with his teeth and pull it out, but the drugs already effecting his body. Garth only took three steps before collapsing on the ground. His eyes feeling very heavy, in less than ten seconds Garth fell unconscious. Two humans Ranger walked up to the unconscious Garth. They poke him to make sure he was completely out.

Human 1: "This is great catch, and a great breed."

Human 2: "Lets get him caged up quickly, our plane to LA leave in three hours."

The two Ranger lift the still unconscious Garth, carrying him to their truck. They then put him in a cage, making sure that it was locked up good (a few have escaped). Then they drove off. All the while Lilly waited all day and night for Garth. The next day she left her den and told Garth dad that he was missing. Garth father put out a search party, both Western and Eastern Pack wolves, all Alpha and Omega looking for Garth. But no one could locate him anywhere.

3 months later

Jasper Town (ten miles away from Jasper Park)

Tony and another older male Alpha wolf walked into the town of Jasper Town. This town is ten miles away from Jasper Park. And a special town. Why? Because the humans here keep wolf as pet. They love wolves so much that they have a tournament every year of who have the best wolf. It have been 3 months since the disappearance of Garth and the pack is in need of a leader. Tony is getting to old and couldn't continue to lead them for very long. And he doesn't want to give the pack over to just any wolf. It have to be someone in his family blood line. Lucky for him that his sister has a special son.

Wolf: "Are you sure you couldn't continue to lead us Tony?"

Tony: sigh: "Yes I'm sure. I would only last another couples of months, and I really need to focus more on finding my son. Plus, all three other pack have someone younger. Our pack need that."

The two walked into the yard of a three storage house. They walked into the backyard and waited. The backyard of this house was huge. It have a swimming pool, a basketball court and even a private forest.

Wolf: "Why are we standing outside of this house?"

Tony: "We're waiting for him. He should be coming out any seconds now."

Wolf: "He? Who is he?"

The door that had another smaller wolf size door attached to it open. And out walked a wolf that is 3 inches shorter than Garth. A male wolf with blue eyes, white fur, the body build like Humphrey, the tail of a fox and a red collar around his neck with the name "Project T" on it.

Wolf: "Who is he?"

Tony: smiling: "My nephew."

The male wolf eyes widen. He didn't know Tony have a nephew.

Tony: "Hello Travis."

Travis: "Hello uncle Tony and friend. Not that I don't like the visit or anything. But why are you here uncle?"

Tony: "Garth have been missing for over three months and I need you to lead the Eastern Pack."

Travis eyes widen in shock. He took a few steps back and shake his head. His cousin is missing! And he need to lead the pack!

Travis: "I can't and I won't. I don't know anything about leading a pack."

Tony: "Travis please, you is the last of our relatives. The Eastern Pack leader have always been someone in our blood line/ family for over 50 years. This is tradition. And one that only we the Eastern Wolves have longer than any other packs.

Travis: growling: "I don't care, so go and find someone else. We should have at least one more relatives?"

Tony: "Me, you and Garth are the last. Travis please."

Travis: "Why me? I thought that you said that you didn't want anything to do with me or my mother. All because of who I am."

Tony: "Yes I did, but things have changed. I have changed. I really need you Travis. Please."

Travis: sigh: "…Fine. Should I be an Alpha or stay a Beta?"

Tony: "Alpha, it should make things easier for you."

Travis: "Very well uncle, give me ten minutes and we can leave."

Travis said walking back into the house. Ten minutes later he came back outside with a homemade wolf saddle bag on his waist. Both Tony and the male Alpha eyed the bag.

Travis: "Okay, I told my owner (through writing) that I won't be back for a while. And pack some other useful things that I think will come in handy."

Wolf: "Tony are you sure about this? Do you really think he will make a good leader?"

Tony stare into his nephew eyes. And what he saw in them made him quite proud. He saw determination, a born leader, a great wolf. It remind him so much of Garth. Tony shock his head and smile at his nephew.

Tony: "Yes. I do believe this is a great idea. And I do have faith in my nephew skills."

Wolf: sigh: "Very well."

Tony nod at his nephew, and all three started to walked back to the Pack. It would be an half an day to reach back to the Pack. During that time, all three talked about what Travis will need to do to be a great leader.

2 years and 9 months later

There it is, Jasper Park. It been 3 years since he last seen this place. Garth is riding the same train Kate and Humphrey used to get back home. When the train came into the Eastern part of Jasper, Garth jump out of the train and ran. It took him half an hour of running non-stop, but it was worth it. Garth have change these last three years. He have grown a extra 2 inches, his muscle have gone down only by a little and his hair (for his head) have grown even longer. Other than that, he is still the same proud Alpha of the Eastern wolf. Garth saw a few wolves ahead of him, the pack is right in front of him. Garth howled his return back home.

Wolf 2: "Who is that?"

Luna: "I'm not sure."

Wolf 4: "Wait a minute…that's Garth!"

Luna: "Really?"

Garth came to a stop in front of the three wolves. His breathing was heavy and he tried to catch his breath.

Wolf 3: "Garth is that really you?"

Garth: "Yes. Please go tell my father that I have return home."

All the wolves except Luna left. Luna continue to stare at Garth. Luna is a female wolf who join the pack a month after Travis became pack leader. Luna have light blue fur, cyan eyes, a slim figure. She is an Alpha.

Garth: "Hi, you must be new around here. First time I'm seeing you. My name is Garth."

Luna face flush red and she tried to swallow the lump forming in her throat.

Luna: "My name is Luna and yes I am new…kinda."

Tony ran toward Garth. He stop a few feet in front of him. Tony eyes started to shed tears for standing in front of him is his son.

Tony: crying: "Garth is that really you? Or is my age finally catching up on me?"

Garth laugh at his dad and quickly close the distance between them. Garth hug his father tightly and Tony hug him back. The hug was interrupt by the pack new/current Pack leader.

Travis: "Well well well, it's about time you return cousin."

Garth release his hold on his dad and gasp at the wolf standing in front of them. Travis too have changed these past few years. He is now only two inches shorter than Garth, his hair is the same length as Garth but is tied into a ponytail. His fox tail is now two feet long and he have build some muscles. Garth haven't seen his cousin for years. The last time was four months before he was meant to marry Kate.

Garth: "Travis!? Is that you?"

Travis: grin: "Yap. The one and only."

Garth: "What are you doing here? Not that I'm complaining or anything."

Travis turn his head to his uncle who had a sad expression on his face.

Travis: "You haven't told him yet haven't you uncle?"

Tony: shake his head: "No I haven't. I was going to wait until tonight."

Garth: "Tell me what?"

Tony looked at Travis. Travis sigh and nod his head, causing Tony too to sigh.

Tony: "Garth. Travis is the new/current pack leader of the Eastern wolves."

Garth: "Wait what!? When!?"

Travis: "For over two years now. A lot have changed since you went missing."

Garth shock his head and quickly collect himself. He couldn't believe that his cousin is the new pack leader of his own pack. Garth took a deep breath in and slowly exhale out. He did this a couple more time before speaking again.

Garth: "What other changes are we talking about?"

Travis and Tony looked at each other, they both dearth the day they will have to tell Garth the news. Tony nod his head and Travis sigh.

Travis: "Well another of these changes would involve your former mate Lilly."

Garth: "What did you say? Former? What do you mean by former?"

Travis sigh and looked at his uncle, Tony walked in front of Garth and put a paw on his shoulder.

Tony: "Son, Lilly is no longer your mate. She is now Travis mate."

Garth blinked once, then twice. Next Garth sat down and try to process this new information that was given to him. But before he could asked the question why? Kate, Lilly and two young white pups appear behind Travis. Garth gasp silently when he saw his (former) mate. Lilly have changed quite a bit. Her bang have grew longer, so a hair clipped is put in her fur to stop it from covering her hair (a gift from Travis). She have grown a few inches taller (now the same size as Kate). Her breasts which was very small the last time he seen them have gotten huge (they stood up and is B cup for a female wolf). And lastly her face, it looked more mature, more beautiful, more…sexy.

Lilly: "Travis why are you all standing h...Garth?"

Lilly's eyes widen, her heart started to skip a few beats, word couldn't form in her mind. So far only one sentence form in her mind. Garth is back. He looked even more…handsome than he did back then 3 years ago. Lilly face started to flush red. Garth is by far the second handsome male wolf she have seen (other than her mate Travis).

Snow: "Mommy who is he?"

Lilly blinked twice before returning back to earth. Lilly looked at her daughters, then to her mate and finally back to Garth.

Lilly: "Um…this is…Um this is Garth."

Angel: "Hello Mister Garth. My name is Angel and this is my twin sister Snow."

Snow: "Hi!"

They looked just like Lilly, Garth thought. The twin wolves sisters have white fur like their parents. Snow bang is on her right side of her face. Being held by another clipped. Her eyes are blue like her dad. While Angel bang is on her left side, like her mother. And has the same eyes as her. All three could be mistaken for triplets.

Garth: "Um…hi Snow, Angel."

Travis: "Kate can you please watch the pups for us? We won't take too long."

Kate: "Sure things Travis. C'mon pups let's go inside your den."

Kate led her nieces into Lilly's and Travis' den. Next Tony told all the on lookers (who appear and surround them ever since Travis appear) to go about their business. Travis walked up to Garth. Garth glare at his cousin with great hate, but Travis pretended like he didn't notice it.

Travis: "Follow me."

Travis said. He started to walked toward the meadow. Lilly quickly follow after him, then Tony and last Garth. It only took them a few minutes (ten minutes actually) to reach the meadow. Travis and Lilly stood side by side, and Garth and his dad stood side by side. There were only a few feet separation in front of them.

Travis: "So…how are you feeling Garth?"

Garth: "Really? How am I feeling? If you want to know how I am feeling I'll tell you. Right now I feel betrayed."

Garth said in a not so happy tone. Lilly and Tony cling from his sentence but Travis didn't so much as filch. He was used to the hurtful words.

Travis: "Garth you have to understand, we thought the worst and assume that you was dead. We search everywhere for you. I even went to Idaho."

Lilly: sobbing: "Garth please understand. We looked everywhere for you, for three years we didn't stop looking."

Garth: growling: "Don't give me that crap!"

Garth snap at Lilly, causing her to gasp in fear and shock. Her entire body started to tremble.

Travis: growled: "Hey! Don't you ever yelled or growled at my mate ever again! Do you hear me?"

Garth: yelling: "She is my mate. Not yours, you piece of crap."

Tony: yelling: "Garth! Travis! Stop this now!"

Garth: "Stay out of this father. This is between me, my unfaithful mate and my back stabbing cousin."

Travis: "Unfaithful! Unfaithful! Our pups is only 4-5 months old. One month younger than Kate's and Humphrey's pups. Lilly have stayed single ever since you when missing. And I never pressure her into loving me or court her. Even when she's in heat. I defended her against other male Alpha and Omega. Seven months ago it just happen. I don't know how or when but I fell in love with her and she me."

Garth: "Bullshit!"

Lilly: whispering: "Garth it's true."

Lilly said in a whisper. Garth looked at her profile. Her head in down, she is crying and her entire body was shaking. Garth calm down almost instantly. He took a step toward her, and was going to take another but stop when he saw Travis wrap his tail around her. He started to nuzzle her, this seems to calm her down.

Garth: "So what now? What will become of us? Of me?"

Travis: "Uncle will tell you what our plan for you is, now that you're back. And as for you and Lilly. Its over, simple as that. She's my mate Garth, the mother of my pups. I love her."

Garth: "I love her more."

Travis: "I am really sorry Garth. Lilly, let's go home. The pups are probably worried about us."

Lilly: nodding: "Okay love."

Garth hate for his cousin greatly increase. But he stayed quiet and let them go….for now. Both Lilly and Travis left, leaving only Garth and Tony.

Tony: "I'm really sorry too Garth. Truly I am."

Garth: "What now dad?"

Tony: "Now we move forward."

Lilly and Travis den

Kate: "Are you two okay? How did Garth take it?"

Kate asked her sister and brother in law. They just enter the den and Kate can sense both of them were in an emotional battle.

Travis: "He took it somewhat well. And we're fine…I think."

Kate: "Do you want me to take the pups to the Western Pack? They can spend the night at their grandma and grandpa for the day, while you two talked."

Travis: smiling: "I would love that. Thank you Kate."

Kate: "Lilly?"

Lilly: nodding: "Yes please."

Angel: "Mom, dad is everything okay?"

Lilly: smiling: "Yes dear everything is fine. You and your sister will be spending the night at grandma and grandpa."

Snow: "Really? I love hanging out with grandma and grandpa."

Lilly gave her daughters both a kiss and a hug. She also gave her sister a hug and thanking her again. Travis did the same. Kate took both her nieces back to the Western Pack. Travis and Lilly waited for a few minutes, either don't know how to start. Travis would be lying if he said that her never imagine this day would come. He played out all possible decision that Lilly would choose. And only two would cause him to leave her forever. Because it would involve Garth still being in their life. Travis took a deep breath in and clear his throat. Lilly looked deep into his eyes and saw the struggle that he was going through.

Travis; sigh: "Lilly I love you more than anything in this world. You and pups are the most important things in this whole world for me. But I want you to be happy, more than anything. So if being with Garth will make you happy, then I won't stop you. And I won't hate you if you choose him over me, I still will be your friend. I know most wolves would fight for what's theirs, but you're not a thing to be fighting over for. You're a living being and you too have a saying in this. Don't get me wrong, I would fight any and every wolves for you. But in the end all I want is for you and our pups to be happy."

There he said it, and he meant every word of it. Travis have always been honest with Lilly, and he would never lie to her now, or ever. Lilly couldn't stop the smile appearing on her face. Her face flushing red.

Lilly: smiling: "Travis that is the sweetest, most nicest thing anywolf have ever said to me. I won't lie, I still have feelings for Garth. He was my first real love. But my heart now belong to someone else. And he is the most kindness, selfless, handsome, and loving wolf I have ever know."

Travis: grinning: "Don't forget funny."

Lilly: giggle: "Nah, Humphrey is way more funnier than this wolf."

That cause the two of them to laugh. It was a laugh that both of them needed. Travis walked up to Lilly and nuzzle her lovingly.

Lilly: "You is my mate, my first lover, the father of my pups. I love you Travis."

Travis hug Lilly tightly. Licking her and nuzzling her face. Lilly giggle and lick him back, holding him just as tight. The two stay like that for a few minutes before Travis broke the comforting silent.

Travis: "I won't get mad if you and him hangout. And if you give him friendly hugs and kisses. I will be totally okay with it. But if he ever hurt you in anyway. Emotionally or physically just come look for me and I'll put him back in his place."

Lilly rolled her eyes but giggle non the less. She know Travis would do anything for her and her pups and that is one of the many reason why she love him.

Lilly: "I will Travis. I love you."

Travis: "I love you too Lilly."

The two share a passionate kiss, then they took a small nap.

30 minutes later

Tony: whispering: "Travis wake up."

Travis open his eyes and saw his uncle standing in front of him. Travis looked to his right and saw Lilly sleeping soundly beside him. His fox like tail was over her body, in a protective hold.

Tony: whispering: "Garth want to talked to you."

Travis sigh but slowly got up without waking up Lilly from her peaceful sleep. Both Alphas walked outside and saw Garth waiting outside for them. Both cousin stare at the other.

Travis: "Garth."

Garth: "Travis."

Tony: "And said that he will be staying and have agree with our plan. He will be Co Pack leader, and Captain of the hunting team. His hunting skills have greatly improved and it will be good for the pack."

Travis: nodding: "I have nothing against him helping me lead the pack and him being in charge of the hunting group. I myself isn't that great of a hunter. So this is a great moves for the pack."

Garth: "Question. If you and I couldn't agree on a topic or a decision. How will we decide between us?"

Tony: "Lilly will be the middle part of the Co leadership. She will be the tie breaker, and if the both of you is to be called away. Then she will lead the pack, she'll have to learn anyways."

Travis: "Okay, I am willing to give this a try. Garth are you?"

Garth: "I am only doing this for mypack. And for Lilly, because if you slipped, just once Travis. Then you can kiss Lilly goodbye, because she is still my mate. I have already mark her."

Travis: "So have I, Garth. So have I. And you can bet your ass that I won't slipped."

Garth: "You better."

Tony: "So we all agree?"

Both cousin nod their head.

Tony: "Very well, shake on it."

Travis stood very still, same could be said for Garth. They stay like that for over five minutes. Until Garth got up and started to walked toward Travis. He stop and is now only a few inches away from his cousin. Garth lay out his paw. Travis eyed it for a few seconds before giving him his paw. Both paws when up and down once.

Garth: "I will get back what is mine."

Travis: "Over my dead body."

Garth release his hold and walked away. Tony nod at Travis and follow after his son. Travis sigh a tired sigh, he walked back into his den. Lilly is still sound asleep, Travis smiled and lay back down with his mate.

Travis: "I will never lose you Lilly, you or the pups. I promise you, that I will protect you and them even if it cost me my life."

Travis said before holding his mate close to him. He fell asleep. For tomorrow is a new day for all of them.
