Edward's gaze toward Celeste grew a notch more intense.
He didn't interact with her much on the regular, but in his mind, his eldest daughter-in-law had always been a timid little thing. But now? Whether it was her "coincidentally" chatting up Mrs. Soren or suddenly saying she wanted to work at Shaw Corporation-this version of her had nothing to do with being shy or scared.
"The design department?" Edward cut straight to the point. "Why that department specifically?"
