I watch with a smile as Blue walks toward her mother. Faylen, as she’s now called, has tears falling from her eyes. For someone so evil, she sure is emotional.
‘She just found her long lost daughter, you prick!’
‘Alright, Rory! Jeez.’
‘Just think how you would feel in Faylen’s position.’
I sigh. ‘You’re right; it would hurt like hell.’
‘Exactly.’
“Mom?” Blue whispers.
Faylen nods. “My baby.”
“Mommy!” Blue runs into her mother’s arms, and I smile at the scene.
This is all Blue has wanted since she found out she had parents. Seeing how happy my mate is brings me joy I didn’t know I could feel.
Jasmine and Jana rush over to their mother to be introduced to their grandmother. Jana already knows Faylen, but Jasmine doesn’t. I’ll admit that I was worried Faylen wouldn’t accept
