Dinner Invitation

1364 Words
The days seemed to be becoming a blur as Jess continued to manage her complicated life in the Lycan Kingdom. Each new day brought her to the decision that she dreaded the most: who would she choose, Trey, the man who had rejected her cruelly in public for all to see, or King Luca, the Lycan King who had been nothing but kind to her since the first day he got there. Jess hadn’t heard from Trey in days, but on the twenty-fifth day, something she never expected happened. It was a simple yet elegant letter, sealed with the pack’s crest. Her hands began to tremble as she broke the seal made of wax, her curiosity getting the most out of her. To my dearest Jess, I have been taking my time to reflect on our past and now I believe that it is time we both meet. I wish to invite you for an evening in my private chambers, where we can both speak freely. Your dress will be sent to you. Her pulse quickened as she read the letter again and again, each word firing off emotions deep inside of her. Trey, after everything he had done to her, wanted to meet privately. Her mind raced with thoughts. What could he want now? A few hours later, her dress had arrived, and her make-up was done. Jess found herself deep in thought as she made her way down through the familiar corridors that led to Trey’s bedroom. Her steps echoed as she moved in her heels, her stomach twisting as she felt very uncomfortable, but she couldn’t refuse because of the mate bond she had with him. As she reached the door of his bedroom, she waited for a moment, still unsure if this was a good idea that she should go through with. But she knew she couldn’t resist, and deep down, she needed closure; she needed to understand what Trey wanted. Taking a deep breath, Jess opened the door. Her eyes were in shock at the sight that welcomed her. The room had been completely transformed from what she knew when she cleaned it daily. Soft lighting from the numerous candles which gave a warm glow to the room. In the centre, a large table had been set up with crystal glass and different assortments of dishes that filled her nose with their mouthwatering aroma. She could see roasted meats, steaming veggies and pastries that he knew she liked. It was a setup and intimate set-up. Jess couldn’t help but let her guard down in the midst of all of this. “Alpha Trey?” she called out, even though she had been expecting that he would be a gentleman and be ready when she was. He stepped out from the shadows, his eyes looking at her lustfully. She could tell that his smile had a different meaning to it, and for a moment, Jess wondered if this was the right thing to be doing. “Wow, Jess.” He said, still sizing up every inch of her body. “I am glad you could make it.” Jess took a step forward following his leading then paused, taking in the room’s transformation one more time. “Alpha, I wasn’t expecting all of this.” She said, pointing out the transformation that had happened there. “You said dinner, but this is something else, Alpha.” Trey chuckled, a sound that made the air around her heavy. “Well, it would be more than dinner. It’s our chance to talk, to reconnect. You know, I’ve been thinking about many things lately.” Jess’s heart pounded deep in her chest. Reconnect? After everything he had done to me? After the rejection in front of every member of the pack? Anger and confusion began to mix inside of her, but she couldn’t deny that she was glad to be there. As he stepped closer, his presence began to overwhelm her. Trey had always been so intense, but now, with the room being silent, it felt suffocating. Jess could feel the heat of the mate bond burning up again. Her body had begun to betray her, her breath seizing and her heart racing going over the roof. Despite everything that he had done, she was still into him, an undeniably electric pull. “Jess,” Trey spoke, his voice finding its way into every born in her body. “I know I have hurt you. I’m sorry. I should never have rejected you like that. But I need you to know that I can’t lose you.” Jess took a compulsory step back, her feet feeling heavy. “You rejected me, Alpha Trey.” She said, her voice shaking in his presence. “You told me I wasn’t good enough because I was an Omega. How do you want me to trust what you’re saying now?” Trey’s gaze softened, and he reached out his hand to touch hers. “C’mon, Jess. You know we all make mistakes, that’s why I’m trying to fix mine. I want to show you that I am no longer than person anymore. Let me show you how much I care for you.” Jess stood frozen, her mind raging. She could feel the mate bond pulling her to him, but she couldn’t forget how he hurt her. It wasn’t so easy. “I don’t know what it is that you want from me, Trey. Sorry, Alpha Trey.” She said, bowing her head down. Trey took a step closer, his hand brushing her jaw in a very erotic manner. “I want you to give me a chance. Let me make things right. I know it would be difficult to forget but I’ll treat you right and give you what you deserve.” Before she could say a word, his lips were already on hers, and every single word that she had planned to say vanished into thin air. The kiss was gentle at first, she tried to pull out of it, but she couldn’t. Not when she felt like their connection was coming back. She continued to let him make love to her lips as he slipped his tongue into her mouth. Every hair on her body stood up when he did this. Her heart began to race as Trey’s hands began to squeeze her butt cheeks tightly, pulling her closer to his body. She felt the bulge in his pants on her thigh, and her heart rate skyrocketed. Somewhere in her mind, she wanted to push him away so they’d eat like they initially planned to. Instead, she found her body responding on its own to him, her hands moving to his shoulders and locking him in, her n*****s getting hard as his body pressed onto hers. She felt dizzy, caught in between her emotions. But when Trey lifted her and moved in the direction of the bed, Jess finally managed to come to her senses, taking short gasps before speaking up. “Please, Trey.” She said, her voice shaky. “I can’t do this. Please.” But Trey simply smiled at her, his expression softening up as he looked her in the eyes. “Just let it happen, Jess. You don’t have to say anything else.” Jess didn’t say another word, all she remembered was shutting her eyes after watching Trey bring out his hard c*** from his trousers. She knew this was a mistake when he started spreading her leg wide open. But in that moment, Trey’s lips found hers again and she just remained silent as he made his way into her already wet p****. The following morning, sunlight made its way into the room. Jess’s eyes opened up slowly, and her confusion returned to her immediately. She was lying naked in bed, the sheets only covering her feet and Trey was beside her, his morning erection fully visible for her to see. For a moment, Jess remained there, trying to recall how a dinner meeting became this. She sat up quickly, glancing through the room to find her clothes and underwear. “Oh no, what have I done?”
