Mr and Mrs. Koray, what are you doing here? I hugged them both when I saw them at our table. They hugged me back and said good morning in unison like always. Mr Koray said: Well we are enjoying our weekend off and we have some news for you. Let's have breakfast first. I smiled and said okay. Iah came around and held my chair after his parents sat down. So we had some small chat while eating breakfast and I told them what we did yesterday and all the seashells I had collected. After breakfast Mrs. Lucia said let's go outside and sit in the shade to talk in private. I was starting to get nervous and was holding on to Iah for dear life. Mr. Koray starts to talk and says: We found something important about why your father owed money to the bank. I said without hesitation: Why? Mr. Koray said : Because he didn't have money for your college tuition. He wanted you to have an education so he made a deal with the banker Mr. Soloman. If you graduated you would have a job and you would be married to his son. Mrs. Lucia then said: We are still looking for a loophole but we are not giving up. I got up from my chair and started crying and running away. I ran to the bridge we walked over yesterday and started balling my eyes out.
I felt a pair of arms grab me, it was Iah. I grabbed his hands and I pushed him away. He grabbed me again and said: I'm not going anywhere, no matter what you are going through I'll be right here. I answered almost screaming at him: Why? What can you do for me? I am already someone's property without my consent, there is nothing you can do. He grabbed me by my shoulders and said with tears in his eyes: I will do everything in my power to help you out of this situation and you don't belong to anyone until you have a ring on that finger. You hear me!! I nodded and just leaned into his chest and we cried together for a hot minute. We started walking back to the hotel after calming ourselves down. Iah called his parents and apologized to both of them for us and told them to enjoy their day.
We will see them at dinner. They told him okay and hung up. Iah told me: I will walk you to your room so you can rest for a bit. I have something to do okay. I nodded yes. We got to my room and I went straight to laying down. Iah took my shoes off and kissed my forehead and said: I'll be back dont answer the door to anyone, im even locking my doors, okay? I said: Wait where are you going? You will not be doing anything dumb are you? Promise!Iah said: No, I'm going to talk to my father and I'll be back here before you know it. I said okay and closed my eyes. I heard the door lock right after Iah left. I closed my eyes, I fell asleep and it seemed like forever. I got up to freshen up and I heard a knock on the door. I opened it and said: It's about time you came ba….Oh hello. It was no other than Maki. How can I help you? She responded with: Is Iah here by any chance? I answered no, he went to do something but will be back soon. I moved a little and she said, can i wait for him here, I really need to talk to him. I said sure, come in. While I opened the door for her I saw a strange man in the hallway so I closed the door immediately. If you excuse me I have to go to the bathroom. I went in and closed my door. Thank god I had left my phone in there and texted Iah.. (911). In the hallway I heard comotion and Iah started to bang on my bathroom door. I opened it and threw myself into his arms. When I looked in the room there was the strange man and Maki apprehended by the security men. Kage said: Are you okay Ma'am. I shook my head yes but was still shaking. He shoved Iah and me into the bathroom. I'm glad you texted Iah, that man works for the banker in your town. Then he asked Iah: How much do you know of that woman? Iah responded with: we grew up coming here and I met her here. Why? Kage asked him: Do you know her parents? Iah answered yes, but why? Kage said: Get ready for this: She is adopted and is the bank owner's niece. Iah and I looked at each other surprised. He walked out and said stay here. I did as he asked but was still nervous. He started talking to the woman. I heard her tell him: What are you doing with a murderer? Did you know she killed her parents? She is trouble and you know it. Iah smacked her in the face and told her to shut up. He told the secret service to take them both.
