~Accalia~ Unlike every other day in Lithal stone pack, today was a cheereful day. And everyone's emotions was on haywire as they anticipate the festivity. Full moon festival have been one of the most joyous occasion in our pack, the young wolves gets to transform and the adult wolves gets more powerful. I had transformed two moon back and all I need today was to get powerful. We all stared upward, just like every other werewolves in their house hold would do. And a huge roar and howling followed as the full moon finally came to light. It was a good sight indeed, nobody wish to have this harmonious day wasted, hence we all cultivate to acquire our desired abilities. When I was done.. I smiled sheepishly hoping for the ability I had cultivated to come to function soon, then I skimmed away to weylyn house. Weylyn and I had loved each other since before we mature and shifted. But the connection was not there, we were not fated to be mate. But we loved each other so much to let go. Hence we went on with our love with the strong hope that moon goddess will give us the spiritual bond we need later in life. "Hey Wey." I smiled widely, my lips growing from ear to ear. Just as expected, he ran from where he sat among his friends squishing me into his arms. I giggled snuggling my head to his embrace. "So which power did you cultivate this time??" He asked his eyes holding so much affection for me. "What more? if not healing powers? you always getting injured y'know." Hearing that, he held up my chicks and stared into my eyes for some moments. I had no idea why. But was that a flash of pity I saw in his eyes? I retrieved back as my head got clouded with questions. I looked up at him again and now he had the most charming smile ever, I must've been seeing things or overthinking. "I have to go now, father must be looking for me. It's almost time for the celebration." I beamed with my extremely excited face. It was really going to be a fun night. "You're coming right?" "Sure!" he bellowed and I zoomed off. When I got home, my sisters were already dressed. Being from a middle class home, we could atleast hold our own ceremony too. It might not be as big as the royals, but we gets to be happy too. I dashed off to my room and wore one of my beautiful ball gown father had got for me the first day I shifted. When I came outside, everywhere boomed with happiness. Everyone jubilating and displaying their newly acquired ability. I was no different as I displayed mine. But we all paused as father climbed the stage beaming with his own excitement to address everyone. "I greet everyone present here today.. On this full moon day, our pack will blossom with.." Father continued, but my attention shifted immediately as I saw my other sister snarled at me and motioned for me to come. We had never really got along well. It was the usual again when I got to her side. "Take this to mother." She muttered and zoomed off. But why? "Why don't you take it to her?!" I bellowed anger fueling my guts. It was her message why transferring it to me?! I watched my step and made sure to carry a sad face ever as I took it to mother. I don't know, but mother had never approved of me having any form of excitement on my face before. When she opened it, she had a vicious smile on her face, after which she climbed the stage immediately standing by father's side to relate the message. I could see father's face got sullen immediately. What was going on. Then he cleared his throat and beckoned on the speaker. "And on this special day of ours,. A very delightful thing had happened. Today, Accalia my daughter became our Alpha Ulfred claimed partner!!" Everyone screamed in cheers, "What??" I wasn't sure if I heard that clearly. My eyes dart around for correction of what I thought I've heard, but that wasn't the case as almost everyone began swarming to my side, sending their congratulatory message. My head couldn't comprehend anything and my heart increased it's beat rate. I looked around the crowd to look for the only one whose embrace could save me, who could tell me all this wasn't true and that father would take back his words. I couldn't keep my head together as I kept looking for him. but he was no where to be found. I had no other choice. I scurried my way out of the crowd, tears now forming in my eyes at the thought of ever leaving my weylyn. I speed along the road to his house. I increased my pace as my emotions go haywire. I couldn't wait to cry in his embrace and hear him say he'd fight for us. I got to his house and slipped inside, I was sure he was in there as I heard the sound of people talking. But as I closer, I realized the sound I heard was moaning. My mind jerked up and I threw the door opened at once, to see my worst nightmare right in front of me. A naked Weylyn was on his bed with a woman under him moaning frantically as they loosed themselves in the throes of pleasure. My heart sank and my knees wobbled. I fell to the floor. "Weylyn..." I trailed off, choking on my saliva. How could he do this to us! How could he do this to our love! He sprung up, shock written all over his face as if just realizing my presence. While he was busy covering himself, my heart finally thrown into turmoil as the lady stood up to be no one else than Trivia, my sister!
