Emma dad (Eros Russo) is the leader of one of the largest Mafia. After losing the love of his life, to say he's over protective is putting it simple. Fortunately for him Emma is not like most girls her age. She spend most of her time behind book, straight A student not very social.

Jace Romano's dad (Andrea) was not only Eros's right hand but his best friend. After his dad's murder Eros wanted to take care of him and his mom. His mom on the other hand didn't want him anywhere near that lifestyle, so they moved trying to get as far away as possible. After a few year of moving around they ended up in a small town not to far from where they started off.

Emma and Jace both born on the same day but are four years apart. They were really close before her mom and his dad past away, Jace mother disappeared along with him.

Edwin and Ethen twin sons of one of Eros rival (Mateo Santiago). The Santiago twins are identical. They have an older brother Marcello who will take over from their father someday so they're a bit carefree unlike him.
