"Will you people shut up even for a bit, I am trying to sleep here," The bunker was starting to get upset.The three fate brothers never stopped talking.Most of their chats were arguments and when they were not arguing they were plotting a crazy twist.From time to time they deed their crap for good, such days were like the previous night when they helped a woman realize who her husband really was.I had to follow up on her story so I could understand why the boys decided to help her and I was touched by her struggling to being who she was.Apparently she was an orphan, brought up by an old lady who could not bear a child due to problems doctors said resulted from s****l harassment when she was just but a little girl.She was shunned by her family including her husband who married another woman.She could not live with all the talks and accusations and in the end she left home to start a new life in the country side.

She became a farmer and lived with her six cats away from the people until one day a little girl came to her asking for food.She too little to even tell her story.She didn't even know her name or maybe she did not have one.She had a***e marks all over her body.The old lady whose name I found to be Serah took the little girl in.She named her Lucie and that was the name she went by to this day.Growing up in the farm with the dogs and a horse she had named Sofia taught her to be humble and kind.She grew humble, studied hard and today she was a famous surgeon.Saving lives was her day job and bringing up other was her other job.She had started an orphanage that took in orphans and victims of abuse.She also had a safe house for abused women and a home for the elderly.

She had earned respect and love from all over for her charitable acts.Her heart soo pure and big.She received huge donations from all over and she used the money to make sure the shelters ren smoothly.She fell in love with one of the shelters lawyers, what she didn't know though was the guy was not in it for love, he was after her money.He didn't want to show it and that was the reason he had gone to her in the name of love.He was having an affair with a married woman and their plan was to kill Licie and take control so he could benefit from the donations.The three brothers knew Lucie since she was a little helpless girl, tied up in the basement of her parents house by her uncle after the two parents died on a road accident.The gready man wanted everything for himself but he never had the courage to kill the innocent little girl.

It was the three brothers who twisted the uncle to drinking too much to make sure he untied the girl and forgot to tie her up.The three helped her out and with the help of the angel of love, they took her to Serah.Exactly how fate works.The three knew Rob's plan, they did not want him to hurt her.The planned on taking him out of the equation before the damage was done.That was the reason they were out there the previous night.It warmed my heart to know they cared and even beneath all the arguing and the fighting the three still cared.

The next morning Ophie called about the Ring Pin machine, he said it was an emergency and together with the lady luck we went to the bunker, arriving just in time to hear the bunker's lametation." Yes you tell them, these three stooges never shut up and it is annoying," lady luck seconded.The three were quiet for the next two minutes which was the longest they ever stayed silent.I went direct to the machine even without saying hello to anybody.Geo arrived a short while later and joined me.Tom, John and Alice had to go to school as they could not afford to miss any more classes.

I knew it was the evil force out again from the fact that the machine was showing many places.We decided to devide and conquer.Geo offered to go with the fate brothers while I took Ophie and Squishy.Miss Griffin was to go with lady luck.A perfect plan as we could not have the four go anywhere together given the nature of their relationship.The flights were fast but upon arrival we realized we had no proper skills nor weapons to fight.It had all to do with love and nothing to do with luck or fate.It was almost like love was taken away from people.Couples were fighting over things the would have forgiven but since they were no longer in love, they fought over them.

Mothers were falling out with their children and vice versa.The few places affected went down to chaos.People could no longer stand other people and others were trying to even out scores.A world with no love is like a room with hitler and the jews.We needed to look for cupid.I knew he was probably up there bathing in a tab filled with the essence of love from the humans.His greatest moment was when the first spark of love was created.A long time ago the four forces worked closely, fate would bring two people together with a little bit of luck, cupid would do his love arrow thing and a spark would be created destiny would then write it down and make it happen.Back then love never faded, fate never twisted badly, luck never chose sides and destiny could not be changed.Their were no breakups but then the four drifted apart for a reason I would really like to know.Everything changed.The fate brothers became reckless and started following the thrill in the twists.They became too noisy and now they never shut up.Cupid still did his thing but he was never discrete enough.Soon his charm would wear off especially in romantic relationships.Destiny became unpredictable and less certain, and luck, she started choosing who to be with and who not to be with.It was time they came back together since the world depended on them.

I made a silent prayer to cupid but the little goofball was not on radio.His playfulness and overly energized nature could never allow him to be serious for single moment.Looking at it now I somehow understood why it was so hard for them to work together.I prayed for a few more times before realizing it wasn't going to work.I could fly up there and look for him but by then I knew there could be a chance I was no longer welcome in the silver city.I also feared crossing paths with Michael.The last thing I wanted was him asking the royalty question which I had an answer to but something told me it was not the answer Michael would have wanted.I hated to turn him down after everything he had done for me, but i had made my decision and I was not going to Chenge it.

I was about to make a prayer to Gabriel when I saw Michael, this time not in my head but in person.He came to where I was and he had little cupid with him." If you want him you go get the little trouble maker.But you know that brother, don't you? why are you avoiding home? if it is about your little arrangement with the humans, no one is scolding you for that, sooner or later you will come to your senses," he said handing over cupid to me.It was pretty clear that he did not wasn't to be there but I sat him down and explained everything to him, a painstaking process but at last he agreed to help.Watching him in action was the best thing ever."I should have brought popcorn," Ophie said seating back to watch cupid and his love arrows fix the world.

It took time to bring back the world order as Cupid was often distracted by flowers or two people in love or that dragon fly.keeping him focuse was a crazy task.The only thing that remained was to bring destiny in on the troop.But first we needed to bring together the available ones without them biting off each others heads.When the task was over, we all flew back to the bunker where we witnessed a fight between the fate brothers and lady luck over who would watch over little cupid who was all over the place looking for beautiful things.

"That is why I can't stand you three, you always want to be in charge so you could boss everybody around and make them do your dirty work.You are unbelievable," luck would say." And you think you are better than everybody else so you even take sides.Who picks one person over the other," one of the brothers answered.The fight went on for a while as Ophie asked us to stay out of it.It was actually getting too sweet and we all totally forgot about cupid.It also took me some time to realize it was time to go for the three schoolers.The journey from school to the bunker was way too long and if they took the bus they would never make it into the bunker in time to train.In fact it was a one hour bus ride, and seven hours hike through the woods.We had to keep the bunker as far away from the humans as possible.Without a word I flew off and I doubt anybody saw or heard me leave.The argument between the two was like a movie and Ophie even had some popcorn.In a moment I was back with the three who also joined in.We all sat quietly watching and listening.

"Hey did you say cupid ...like the almost n***d baby with wings and magical arrows that shoot love...where is he?," Tom asked.At that point we all remembered cupid and turned around to look for him.He was up on the ceiling crying as he could not stand the fighting." Hey don't let the tears fall on you," the four Luck and the fate brothers said in unison.The one thing they had been on the same side for ever since they the previous day.They were however too late as the first few drops had fallen on Ophie and Tom's faces as they were trying to help the little guy.The two stopped on their tracks and then slowly looked at each other.I didn't like the look at all.

"Have I ever told you you look like a snack, coz you do," Ophie said looking right into Tom's eyes.It felt familiar only this time according to the forces and my memories, had no cure.The only thing that would help the love wear off was time.Which I knew was forty eight hours." I know...but did I ever tell you you are not all that bad yourself," Tom answered.The two brought their lips together for a kiss, I pushed them apart as all the others had closed their eyes.At first it was easy to keep the two in check but the intensity of their love grew stronger by the minute.In two hours they were uncontrollable and keeping them apart was a task.

They even became aggressive towards whomever tried to keep them apart.Ophie actually almost bit John who was trying to keep off Tom from him.He had gone full angry serpent and one could almost touch the fear in the room.I managed to calm him down with some serious effort and we decided to tie the two up somewhere we could monitor them.Even while tied up the two still exchange like embarrassing romantic words and John never forgot to record them.I was starting to consider Michael's words.Maybe the fight was not worth it and I should just give up and go back home.

How was I to manage all this madness? To make the matters worse, I knew this was just but the beginning.A few days earlier the elements had sent word to me saying the veil was almost gone and their magic could not hold the Magix much longer.They still had Duke with them as they trusted him and they wanted to teach him about themselves and give him the secrets to opening another dimension where we could keep the magix after capturing them.At least they were working with us even though they had made it clear they were not on our side.

Now we had three forces that never stopped fighting and we were looking for a forth that was worse according to the others.Things were so not moving smoothly.But everybody I the bunker still had some faith and hope and that was the only reason I was holding on.
