Proper IntroductionsIn no time at all, they were back at Serenity Road Faith Haven (the policy that they were already in trouble for unauthorized Astralimes travel still stood). Liz and Reverend Abbott were waiting for them. Liz was overjoyed to see Jonah again, and would have hugged him if she hadn't noticed he had Vera in tow.
“Is she alright? Is it over? Are you okay?”
“Yeah, Liz,” said Jonah. “I'm great. Vera—well, I'll let you and Reverend Abbott look after her.”
Liz's gaze rested on Vera's sleeping form, and Jonah could already see the gears turning. She lifted a nifty-looking satchel and swung it on her arm. Jonah was confused.
“It's a healing satchel, Jonah,” she explained when she noticed his expression. “All Green Auras have one; they suck at their purpose if they don't.
