Chapter one: Escape plan (1)
"Stand up and fight me useless omega" cursed aramore.
"leave me alone aramore, i don't want to fight with you" Ama replied
"it's not like you can beat me, you're just a looser ama, you will never fit into this pack. leave or else i will torment you and make your life a living hell"
"i am not leaving, it's not in your place to banish me,"
"it will soon be once i marry the alpha's son" she replied feeling on top of the world.
"you're so ridiculous aramore, you're only 10. How can you marry the alpha'son and become our luna"
"the only ridiculous person here is you ama, i am engaged to him, so once i turn 18 i will marry him and become the luna. once i become luna, i will banish you and your poor mother from the pack then you'll become a rogue" she replied moving closer to ama as she stepped back a little to avoid Aramore.
Aramore is a spoilt, arrogant, ill mannered daughter of beta Boaz. where ever she goes, people tries as much as possible to avoid her and her troubles except Ama, daughter of irina, a strong she wolf. unlike her mother, ama is an omega. She lack strength to fight and can't even shift. it's just like she is a human living amongst wolves.
Unlike Aramore, Ama wasn't treated as a little princess at home. her mother had no time for her as she's always at work.
her mother works at the pack house as a soldier and rarely came home.
Ama was left in the care of her grand parents and auntie Madeline.
she was always maltreated and giving hard chores to do at the age of 10, her mother knew all about it but choose to stay quiet and turn a blind eyes to the way they treated her.
So if what Aramore said about becoming the future Luna did ever happen, then she'll be in a very hot soup with her mother.
"Quiet now ehn? you're just a coward ama, pathetic looser, you're good for nothing, you will never amount to anything"
"stop!" Ama shouted
"you're the pathetic looser, nobody likes you, you're just an ugly she wolf that everyone choose to avoid, you're an annoying b***h Aramore and I hate you" ama burst out in anger.
everyone stood shocked at what ama just said. while they appreciated her boldness to stand up to Aramore they feared her fate.
"Amariona, you're definitely going to die today!" she shouted and bounced on Ama. they fought for a while untill the teachers came and separated them.
At the end of the day, Aramore was left off with just a warning from the principal while Ama was suspended indefinitely.
some students and teachers doubt if she will ever return to school again.
Ama walked slowly as she made her way back home, she knew the storm waiting for her at home.
"I'm so dead today, grandpa is going to have my head for lunch." she whispered within her as she got to their drive way.
For the first time since she started walking from school, ama looked up and saw her mother standing by the door with an engine belt on her hand, shaking angrily as she waited for ama to get close.
"mom i can explain, she started the fight, you have to believe me mom"
"get inside young lady. Don't make me say it twice, you ain't going to like it"
left with no room for negotiation, ama walked into the house and her mother shut the door behind them. She flogged her mercilessly as if she was a criminal, pouring all her frustration on Ama.
That night, Ama couldn't sleep with the pain on her back even after taking several pain killers.
as she lay on bed, the words Aramore said earlier that day kept coming back to her
"you're a useless omega....
"you're nothing, you will never amount to anything...
runaway, leave this pack or I will torment you and make your life a living hell...
She let out a heavy sigh of frustration, for the first time in her entire 10 years of existence, she agreed with what Aramore said.
"I need to leave this pack, leave this wicked people called my family. I need to go look for my dad, I heard he is a human and I look like him. i need to leave this place ASAP and find find my father.
But how do I find him?" she thought for a while before coming to the conclusion that she will search through her mother's things when she's off to work.
"there must be a valid information about my dad somewhere, I must find it" she said before drifting off to sleep.
Ama stayed at home for a week silently monitoring her mother even as she does her daily chores. finally, she found the documents containing informations about her father and where to find him in a wooden box carefully hidden under her mother's bed.
Ama took the documents, hide them in her bag pack and returned the box back to it's place. She returned back to her room while waiting for nightfall in other to execute her perfectly planned out escape plan.
