“Well, that’s hard to say. The weather will occasionally slow us down this time of year. On the other hand, there’s plenty of labor available during the winter months. I think we have a good chance of having it done by the end of March. Might take another month to polish out the inside to your satisfaction.”
“I would be happy with an April opening. If we can have the grand opening by the end of April, I will give you a nice bonus.”
