“And what if she gone? What if she left the clan and doesn't come back" Natasha asked quietly.
Jax looked at her then burst out laughing.
" she can't just throw away a ten year relationship in one night.” He said in all confidence and pride.
" But you can throw it all away for her stepsister in one night.” Natasha said quietly but loud enough for Jax to hear. He snapped his head to her, anger growing in his chest, he walked to her, that he was only a foot away.
" I am your Alpha, don't you dare talk to me in that manner.” He said through gritted teeth, veins popping out on his temples.
“Well then , Alpha Jax, we don't know where Maya is. We last saw her in your chambers, now if you would excuse us, we have to prepare for our duties.”
