I still stared at her, my eyes hollow, red rimmed, staring at her. She looked a bit frightened but she quickly masked her fright and walked in, closing the door behind her. She walked in carefully, taking a step at a time till she stood in front of me.
"Can I sit?" She asked in a small voice, nervously playing with her fingers.
I scoffed then nodded for her to sit. She sat then turned to face me.
"Did you go to the hotel room I gave you?" She asked
I nodded, taking a sip of my bowl of soup.
“So? What did you see?" She asked
I threw my phone to her, she caught it and opened it, playing the video, she didn't look surprised, only her fingers shook a bit.
She let out a breath, dropped the phone and clasped her hands together.
"I didn't see Jax before, it was just ..."
"You can leave now." I said gulping the last bit of the soup, she wanted to say something but she stopped herself.
She stood up, straightened her dress, she looked at me a little longer then she walked out.
I put down the plate by the bedstand and laid in bed, my eyes fixed to the ceiling. For a moment I closed my eyes just to sleep, for a nap, to clear my head from thinking about Jax, to ease my heart from the burning feeling, to ease the throbbing of my head.
Just then, I heard screaming from outside the room, my eyes shot open, a wave of electricity shooting through my veins.
The door flung open, Natasha ran in, looking disheveled, her shoulder bleeding like she had been bitten or clawed there.
I immediately stood up to get to her but I felt really dizzy holding my head, so I wouldn't fall.
I crouched then I felt Natasha's hand on me.
"Are you okay? Come on! We have to leave!" she said, struggling to lift me up. I stood completely, feeling the dizziness leave me. I had no idea where I thought to hold her but I held her injured shoulder with my right hand. I felt a force leave my body, it was small but it was something.
She looked at her shoulder in complete shock, she was healed.
"Oh... My... Gosh." She had just finished her sentence when the door was kicked open, Natasha stood by me, in a fight position. Men stood armed, emerging from the shadows.
"Oh look! it's Luna Maya!". One man said, a r****h dangerous look in his eyes.
"Get her!" A low growl sounded from behind it, two other men emerged from the dark lunging towards me. Natasha kicked one of them away trying to protect but I wasn't having it.
I felt a surge of power flow through me again but this time it was stronger.
One of the men held Natasha down easily, the remaining two came for me.
Power I never knew existed in me came forth, I held one of the men by his head with my palm, squashing it in a second, blood splattered everywhere. The room went silent for almost a minute.
"Don't just stand there, shred her to pieces" the deep voice commanded. The men hesitated staring at me like I was a monster, they left Natasha who was shaken from what I had just done.
They both pounced on me at the same time, I caught them by the head, smashing their heads together multiple times, till they fell limp at my feet.
The guy who was at the door, I supposed was their boss, stood frozen in his spot before he could move, Natasha threw a pocket-knife straight to his eyes. We ran out of the room to meet a greater chaos, the entire manor was undergoing a terrifying m******e.
The elders were trying to hold down some men who had reached their true forms, complete werewolves.
One wolf tried to attack Natasha and I but I effortlessly caught him by the neck, twisting it, till his neck snapped. I stared at the body recognizing a pattern on his left shoulder, it was an infinity sign. I just couldn't place my hand on it, where had I seen this?
I was getting lost in the middle of a battle.
"Ms. Maya, watch out." I heard Natasha Scream, I snapped my head to the side, a knife dipped in silver, flying to my face.
"Silva?" I quickly dodged it before it hit my face. The knife hit the wooden board behind me, I brought it out and threw it to his head before he could spell "JACK".
"Headshot"
I held Natasha close to protect her.
"Where's Rachel?" I asked, shielding Natasha behind, dodging flying men and dead bodies.
"I was able to get her to safety before coming for you." Natasha replied, grabbing a broken wooden plank as a weapon, stabbing and protecting us from behind while I tried pushing people to safety and protecting myself.
While the battle was getting to its peak, I caught a glimpse of Olivia, leading some men to the heart of the manor, where the board meetings and Clan secret are kept.
(What on earth is she doing?)
While I was thinking I was getting lost but I felt it- a sharp sting on my face then my skin immediately started to burn.
Natasha gasped and I immediately knew what it was…
Silva!
