The female news anchor in her sharp and well tailored suit, a reporter from the Cbcn network started,

The president along side the senate of the United States of America has issued a decree that all major companies are hereby urged to employ persons with disability and members of the l***q community as long as they have the necessary requirements, the applicants are to undergo the required trainings and if the do well and are found competent under the employment laws should not be withheld from the position because of their disability and identities. The president and his Cabinet came to this conclusion after seeing persons with disability hold a Nation wide protest, a protest this has been happening for five days now, holding placards in front of different office buildings and franchises all over the country and chanting “ Give us our basic human right” “we have the right to work” “stop the job discrimination “. After careful deliberation the President who in is speech said he was in awe as regard the situation,because his private chef at the white house, also has a disability and was legally blind in one eye. The president was surprised that Ableism was still practiced in this modern times and that persons with disability are still being stereotyped for their disability. The president has given this decree and any company found defaulting can be sued by this said party and is liable to serious penalty fees and possible closure of the enterprise if found guilty of Ableism.

Oh this President is working, the lady in the front seat at the restaurant exclaimed, for once we voted for the right person ,we did indeed do the right thing the blonde haired lady said, her blouse looking all ironed still even tho it’s way past work hours and more like an Evening happy hour time.

The new CEO would be retuning back from Germany, the pale looking man who had only half of his hair and the other part complete bald said, tapping his computer like he was fighting with the keys, oh really , I heard he’s a mean Man and actually is against this new Presidential order , Mrs Miren said, oh please are you going to the coffee room , yes Ma’m an intern in the company who only just started working two days ago and was already thinking about quitting said out loud,please get me a cup of coffee would you sweetheart , fat and bossy, maybe stand up from your seat and do some actual cardio, the intern was pacing towards the staff kitchen but whole time her face was red with anger and disgust, three months and this would be over..

Valeria tell HR to set a date and time for interviews of people with or without disability, to make it more realistic even tho we know the area we’re going to. Employment offers should be sent out via emails, social media and posters urging people to apply for the job.. sure on it
