Chapter 6.

The atmosphere of the finance division room seemed to still be there because there was a supervisor on duty there. Until no one dares to do anything. Margaretha did the same. Even though Margaretha is the daughter of the owner of the company, he remains professional so as not to disappoint his father. Margaretha was spoiled by Anston, but she didn't want that to make her a bad girl for her father. On the other hand, Alaric seemed to be reading some parts of his finished document. Flipping the paper, doing the sudden thing casually. "It's finished?" Alaric looked up at the woman who was their supervisor. "Oh, yes, Miss. I still have to check it out," Alaric said, looking at the file again. "Let me see." The woman stretched out her hand, looking at Alaric who seemed to immediately hand over the file the report he had been working on, the result of him commanding the computer screen. After that, the woman moved to open the file that was in her hand. Meanwhile, Alaric could only silently fiddle with his fingers, while glancing at Margaretha who was writing something down. "Where did you get this complete report from?" Alaric looked away, looking again at the woman in charge. "Emm, I got it from..." The man fell silent, not knowing what to say. To be sure, he did not know where the file got him from. He only asked to be made according to what was requested by the male division head earlier. And this screen moves on its own with his hands moving as if doing something so as not to be suspected. "Erm, is there something wrong with all those reports?" Not wanting to set himself up for discovery, Alaric finally turned the question around and looked at the woman's face. "I was just going to check it out, if something goes wrong you can tell me so I can revise what's wrong." The woman looked at Alaric's face which looked serious, also deep. And at that time, the woman closed her eyes for a moment but she was already under the spell from Alaric's gaze so she wouldn't ask too many questions. "Miss Anya? I am done." The woman blinked a few times as if coming to her senses. Until when she looked at Alaric, the man looked at her blankly. "Oh, I'm sorry. This is great, nothing wrong. And I'll hold it for a record when yours is finished." Alaric nodded with a small smile until he let her through because another apprentice called. "Are you done?" Alaric looked over to his side, William asked in disbelief. "Yes, why?" "Gosh." William looked at his watch. "It's still eleven o'clock you've finished everything before lunch. You are great!" Alaric smiled slightly, saying nothing else. He didn't want to waste his time just saying useless things. Till now he is silent and thinking about what he should do. "Where are you going, Margaretha?" Alaric was silent at the questioning voice. "I want to ask the staff, there's something I don't understand." "Why not directly ask your father, you can get all the full reports." Margaretha chuckled. "No way, my father is busy. I don't want to depend on him all the time." Alaric took a deep breath as he felt Margaretha's aura pass behind him. He got up when the girl disappeared behind the wall, then stepped outside as well. It was seen that Margaretha was walking in the hallway that was there. Alaric sneaks approached his steps and hid when Margaretha stopped walking due to reading the file in her hand for a while. "Can we meet in a quiet place?" Margaretha rolled her eyes when she felt the voice again in her head. She looked around, her beautiful face looking a bit scared to hear the voice from inside her mind. "I'm waiting for you upstairs. Come over there." Margaretha looked confused about where she was, even more so when she saw a shadow rushing towards the elevator. "What's that? Oh my God, are there ghosts this early in the morning?" She asked with her forehead starting to sweat. "Come on, meet me upstairs. I will not hurt you." The voice echoed again, making Margaretha feel like something was tying her heart and making her step towards the elevator which was open and inviting to enter. As she entered she felt that her body was being controlled by someone. The elevator lifted without being pressed by her to go up to which floor. The atmosphere which was still working hours made not so many people wander around and when they arrived on the top floor, Margaretha was alone and kept walking without realizing anything was there. The girl's eyes were blank, staring straight ahead as if approaching someone who was waiting for him. However, no one was there. She only saw something that only her eyes could see, there was a shadow standing near the wall of the highest floor. Alaric smiled a little, then stepped quickly and pulled Margaretha's body into his arms when the girl was about to fall. He flicked his hand in front of Margaretha's face, making the girl wake up from his influence. "Hey, what do you want? Don't drop yourself from above! You want to kill yourself?!" Margaretha gasped in surprise at the sound. She looked ahead and immediately rolled her eyes with a pale face when she saw that with one more step she walked then her body would fall to the bottom of the floor of the company below. "Aahhh! Why am I here?" Margaretha asked panicked as she backed into someone who was hugging her. Margaretha turned, until she was faced with a man before her, Alaric. "Akkpp! You?!" shrieked Margaretha in surprise, as she almost walked backward again. "Hey, don't back down! You could fall." Alaric quickly grabbed the girl's slender waist and carried her inside before sitting Margaretha on a chair. Margaretha looked pale, her face like something terrible hit. see it, Alaric immediately folded his arms behind his back and found the drinking water that was in his backpack in his palm now. "Have a drink, are you all right, Miss?" he asked as he opened the bottle. Margaretha accepted the bottle that Alaric had handed her, then took a slow sip and took several deep breaths. "Are you okay? How do you feel now?" he asked making Margaretha turn around. She saw a familiar face before her. A man who a few days ago was injured and she helped her fall asleep in a hotel room. "You?" Margaretha asked to confirm, her voice still muffled. Alaric smiled, his handsome face made Margaretha immediately shake her head. "Do you remember me?" Alaric asked, his voice soft and deep in Margaretha's heart. "You were in that hotel room, right? Who got hurt last night?" Alaric nodded. "Hmm, that's me." "What are you doing here? Why did you happen to be here when I almost… almost fell there?” Margaretha asked, staring in horror at the direction where she had been pulled by Alaric. "Ah, I'm an intern here. We're in the same room, can't you see I'm in the same room?" Alaric asked making Margaretha look at him quickly. "Same room? Oh, what was your name before? I don't know you," said Margaretha, holding out her hand hesitantly. "My name is Margaretha Abraham, what's your name?" Alaric stared at Margaretha's outstretched smooth and tiny hands. Who would have thought, now he was dealing with the Luna who he had been looking for all this time? Alaric wanted to take him back to his clan, but seeing how Margaretha behaved and lived, he wasn't sure Margaretha would be able to see the big wolf in front of her. "Hey, what are you daydreaming about?" Margaretha spoke, daring to touch Alaric's hand and shake it. This made Alaric hold the girl's hand back until he saw a white light emanating from Margaretha's body. Not only that, but he also saw the wolf crest above, making his smile widen perfectly. "Luna... I finally found you." Margaretha frowned. "Luna? What did you call me?" Alaric woke up, along with the white light that disappeared and the atmosphere returned to normal again. "Ah, sorry..." Alaric loosened his grip, then smiled at Margaretha's confused face. "My name is Alaric Clell, you're the one with the title Little Miss Abraham, right?" Margaretha who heard his words smiled, then straightened her hair awkwardly. "Yes, my name is Margaretha Abraham. Ah yes, thanks for your help earlier. Daddy would be very grateful to know that you saved his careless daughter's life." Alaric looked at Margaretha's face, which was grimacing. He smiled at the end, feeling that Margaretha wasn't bad either. She even looks adorable like a newborn little wolf baby. And it seems, he had already won this girl's heart through the rescue act he did earlier as well as their meeting a few days ago. Also, he had heard the term that the hearts of every couple would easily intertwine with each other. That's why Margaretha who is his Luna is also easy to give her heart to because it has become a sure thing for years. When Margaretha got up, Alaric followed as she let go of their hands. "Oh yeah, where were you going so you could follow me?" Margaretha asked as she walked slowly towards the elevator. Alaric smiled at his question. "I came out because I wanted to get something and when I saw you, you seemed to have lost control." Margaretha pouted a little hearing that. "Somehow, you know, I'm used to this. It's as if someone is controlling my soul without me knowing it." Deg!
