As the afternoon kicked in the early evening I laid my hands on the crystal ball interface, probably with more force than was necessary. But the last request I done had been especially tedious, I had spent almost 3 hours on it, just trying to find all the possible keywords to figure out what the request was actually for. It'd been for what looked like a college-age kid so my initial inclination to send the request back and asked for clarification felt rude. He probably didn't know how best to interact with the library given how young he was so I did my best to give him the information he needed and returned the books to the ever-growing stack at the front of the library.
