Several days went by and Cicero and I got into a fairly pleasant routine. I forgot to turn off my alarm after the first day but once I was moaning and groaning about having to get up earlier than I needed to I remembered to turn it off completely. I then immediately felt guilty about having no alarm at all so I ended up splitting the difference in setting it for 8 AM. It felt like sleeping in and yet gave me some semblance of routine. It only took two days to start to feel itchy about not having any kind of physical activity. So instead I would get up, do one of my ancient dvd workout videos, then get ready for my day.
