Kahilianie Malani Stoyanova-Millennia august 28th Me and my sister were packing up for college and if we're being honest we were excited and overly ready to leave this horrible house with our horrible parents, I know I may sound like I'm a brat for calling them horrible but they are, they literally almost beat Revani to death while I had to sit there and watch helplessly being that we were only 14, anyway while we were packing I heard the door open and looked up to see our mom, she smiled at us, well, me when she looked at Revani she mean mugged her while she walked to me. "here is your plane ticket" she said before glancing at Revani. " thanks mama where's vani's?" I asked looking between her and Revani my mom laughed" you really think that I would pay for this little brat to get on a plane" she asked while laughing I looked at Revani who took her phone case off and showed both of us her plance ticket when my mom saw she stopped laught and turned serious. " how did you buy that" she asked looking mad Revani just shook her head and started taking her suitcase downstairs with me following and our mom behind me huffing and puffing. After I put my suitcase in the car I helped Kahi put hers in,then I tried to walk past my mom but she wouldn't let me I was so happy I was leaving this dumb b***h and her w***e of a husband behind I just had to play it cool till she dropped us off at the airport. "what is you in my face for bro" I asked already irritated she just looked at m when she was about o say somthing Kahi cut her off. " mom can we not have this on our last day here, please" she said before getting in the front seat, she looked at Kahi then walked to the driver's side of the car, I fowlled and got in the car. after a 30 minute drive we made it to the airport as soon as she parked the car I jumped out to grab my suitcase as soon as I got it I looked at my b***h of a mother. "bye bitchhh" I said as I stuck my middle finger up and walked away with Kahi walling behind me laughing. Rhianna Alana Johnson "my bags are all packed daddy" I said whike walking downstairs to see my dad sitting at the tabke looking at old pictures of me when I was a baby it made me smile, he was going to miss me,he turned around and smiled at me "alright I'll go put them in the car " he said while getting up from the table. after he finished putting all my bags in the car I hugged him and left to see my friends one last time before I had to go to college. My best friend ava told me to meet them at splash, splash was the biggest water park in Beverly hills and it was the place every teenager was everyday during the summer. when I got there it was packed and I heard music playing, I texted my bestie and told her I was here, the song that was playing stopped halfway through it and ballin by PartyNextDoor started playing I just knew it was my bestie's doing, it was my favorite song. I walked in and saw that it was only my friends there and I was so happy. after a good 2 hours of playing, eating,and laughing I had to leave because my flight would leave in an hour, I said goodbye to all my friends and left, this was it,it was officially goodbye home and hello college. Aurora Alice Ramírez-Thompson I was looking at my now empty room filled with nothing but a bed and dressers, my SZA album posters were gone, my pretty sage green carpets were rolled up in a corner, and my once full bookshelf was now empty. " c'mon baby girl it's time to go" my papà said taking me from my thoughts and making me jump he chuckled. "sorry Ian mean to scare you,you ok" he asked walking towards me I just nodded I was lying but he didn't need to know that. " you know I can tell when my only child is lying" he said " I'm sorry I'm just scared to be away from you guys longer than I'm used to" I said while grabbing my bag. "it's ok I'm confident about it" he said while taking my back and walking down the stairs, I followed him " why" I asked." well for starters I've been training you so know you know how to defend yourself, and ive seen the girls that your going to be living with and by the looks of it don't none of them watch boxing so you should try to be friends with them that way you know it's not the money they after" he said before putting my last bag in the car " wait you know who I'm living wiyh? tell me" i said, I was really nervous about living with people I didn't know then on top of that I had to share a dorm with them wich I wasnt used to since I was an only child." you'll see them when you get there he said while pulling off, I wanted to know so bad nd I had many questions about them, were they nice, what course they were taking, and many other things, I hate to say it but it's going to be nice getting to live away from my strict parents for a while, I could actually go to party's and stay out late or sleep in, yea I would probably get in trouble but ive never experienced it and I want to see what it's l Asen Malik Jones "mama can we stop at McDonald's pretty please" I begged while we were getting in the car my mom jut rolled her eyes " boy shut up and get in the car or we go be late" she said while pulling off " mom please we hungry do you want yo kids to be on that plane starving to death" Araeas said poking his head up in the front seat "nigga sit back " my mom said pushing his head back." and I guess we can stop by McDonald's since it's my last day with my babies" she said pouting I swear sometimes my acts like a big baby, I just shook my head and laughed." its only till thanksgiving, then we'll be back- " Araeas started "boy can you let me be sad in peace " my mom cut him off " sorry but it's the truth we'll be back for holidays and breaks" Araeas said looking at his phone my mama just laughed and pulled into the line. " so first-born, how do you think college will be " my mom looked at me." I don't know boring, I hope it go by fast so I can come back to my lovely bed " I shrugged" ask RJ " I moationed to the back seat where Araeas was but he was on the phone Araeas Sage Jones " Araeas, what you want from here" my mama turned " two number twos and a big Mac meal and two sprites" I said " damn boy you fat as f**k " my mama face scrunched up and AJ started dying of laughter. " you birthed me so who I get it from " I teased she stuck up middle finger and rolled he window so she can order the food I just laughed and put my phone back to my ear " ite hello-" I started but was cut off by screaming " I KNOW YOU HEAR ME CALLING YOU b***h " Alissa screamed into my ear " first you not finna sit on my cellular device and call me a b***h, secondcall me when you got some common sense and using yo inside voice " I hung up and put my phone back on do not disturb and looked up to see my mama looking at me confused and AJ laughing hard in his seat " what" I asked confused " who was that" she asked passing me my food " I don't know some girl I cracked " I shrugged and started opening my bag of food " what that mean" she asked and looked at AJ he couldn't answer tho he was laught hard if the door was open he would've fell out his seat so she looked back at me " explain" she said while pulling off " ok so like say I'm f*****g this girl right, and when I'm done and get wit da guys ill be like 'aw yes I just cracked this thick b***h' type s**t" I said, she turned around and pooped me " stop cussing " she said like she ain't just call me a nigga " yes ma'am" I said shaking my head. after 10 minutes of us arguing over who get the seat next to the window we pulled up to the airport, we both kissed our mama goodbye and she started crying. " don't cry mama we go be back in November I promise" I said hugging her " ok my babies, I love y'all have fun but not to much" she said " we love you more" we said before walking away. Aires Noel Miller ok mom I will call you as soon as I unpack I promise" I started walking away, I hate to leave my mom but I want to go to college, I want to be around more people my age, no I needed to be around people my age, I hated Chicago it was full of dum people going around Killin people over a block that don't belong to them. I was only waiting 3 minutes before my flight got called, I got up and walked to the plane. when I sat down it was a boy my age so we started talking which was great cause I was nervous about getting on a plane I've watched to many movies. we were talking about the s**t that's happening in Chicago right now for so long I didn't even know we took off. " wait what's yo name bro" I didn't even think to ask his name and we been talking for over two hours now. " Nasir, what's yo name" he asked "Aries" I said while looking out the window I couldn't wait for college. Nasir Samaj Miller while I was sitting on the plane I was just smiling hard cause I couldn't wait to leave Chicago I hated it there and I was never going to return it held to much pain, my parents, and my friends I was leaving it all behind and moving on.
