DAUGHTER OF DARKNESS

"Let me out!!!!!!." Zach yells at the top of his voice, he was in some kind of cell he thought cause everything he saw was steel he had tried different things to get out of here but there was nothing on the floor that he could use and all his utilities in his pocket had been taken away from him, he felt so helpless.

"Damn it, I hope Tony is fine." Zach says to himself, he wasn't even concerned about himself anymore he was just hoping Tony was okay something he doubted. The steel door in front of him slowly splits into two slowly, Zach got up swiftly ready to fight anyone that was coming but couldn't prepare himself for who he saw standing in front of him was his brother Farrell.

"Hey little brother, you always find a way to get yourself in trouble." Farrell says mockingly as he majestically walks closer to him, Zach had no idea what he was going to say to him it's been years since they set eyes on each other and the last time they saw wasn't a good day at all.

"Is Tony okay?" Zach says first he's face looked so confused the last thing he was expecting was to see Farrell.

"Is that how to greet your elder brother?" Farrell stretches his both hands waiting for Zach to come closer to him.

"Don't ask me no stupid question, is Tony okay?" Zach says aggressively, he wanted to let out all his anger on Farrell but stayed patient.

"He isn't here with us, if I got my other brother I would have put both of you in the same cell." Farrell says swiftly, they both stare at each other he had done so many evil to his own family and didn't feel any remorse.

"Don't ever call us your brother!" Zach yelled at him, he slowly moves closer to his brother to confront him about everything he did.

"You hurt us Farrell, joined the same people that took our parents you helped them." Zach pours out his pain tears filled his eyes something that was so rare to happen.

"I joined the winning team, I couldn't just sit there and suffer as they say if you can't beat them then you join them." Farrell says trying to convince his brother why he did whatever he did, Zach had a lot more to say but he always let's out his anger by fighting Farrell knew what was coming from his brother who had already tighten his hand. Zach was a good fighter but he wasn't on the same level like Farrell who had spent years having military training, learning different fighting techniques Farrell quickly threw his fist up and hits Zach right on the chin, he lets out a heavy laugh and felt his brother was still weak that he almost forgot to dodge Zach next attack which was a punch but luckily he dodges the punch and swiftly stands beside Zach.

"You can't beat me." Farrell says confidently then quickly lifts Zach from his feet and with so much force threw him on the steel wall, the front steel door slowly opens and Farrell slowly walks out of the cell.

"Are our parents and Nii still alive?" You must know." Zach says while breathing heavily, he struggled to get up. Farrell breathes out without responding and walks away, the door quickly closes.

"Mum! Dad! Zach! Jino! Anyone!" Jolt on the other hand has spent hours yelling in her cell, she wondered what went wrong yesterday night but she never believed that her parents will put a sleeping potion in her food willingly. Her duplicate suddenly appears beside her, Jolt jumps excited knowing it came to save her.

"I told you to run away but you didn't listen." The duplicate sounded very angry but it couldn't do anything to her.

"You told me to run away from my family why would you expect me to listen? Just help me get out of here." Jolt cries out to the duplicate, she moves towards the door expecting the duplicate to follow her but it stood there.

"I told you to run but you didn't listen this will serve as a punishment." The duplicate sounded so upset, this was the first time Jolt and it we're having a normal conversation and their personalities were total opposites.

"I'm sorry if that's what you want to hear, I'll listen to you next time just help me get out of here." Jolt pleads and lays her shoulder on the wall of her cell.

"If you want me to help you then you're going to need to release me not like let me take over your body I mean fully release me." The duplicate voice sounded so persuading but Jolt still remembered what the Witch at Castoil said about whatever was living inside her being dangerous and powerful so Jolt refused.

"Nice try but I'll never let you out you crazy beast." Jolt says boldly she knew it couldn't come out to attack her instead of it getting angry it laughs like she knew something was about to happen.

"Time will tell." the duplicate says softly, the cell door slowly opens and a bunch of soldiers geared up with their huge Ray guns pointing at Jolt grabbed her, Jolt yells out she tried using her powers but nothing was working, the duplicate mocks her by calling her different names in native GOBTU language only Jolt could see the duplicate though.

In the military base, Ze'l is in his office drinking multiple potions in tiny bottles for unknown reasons but he did it everyday, a bunch of soldiers barges into his office.

"Don't you people knock aga........." Ze'l was about to scold them but they quickly interrupt him and all talk at the same time.

"The girl is here Sir!" They all say it together, Ze'l was shocked and confused he was beginning to lose hope about his team finding her today he didn't plan any speech or anything for today. He slowly breathes out then gives out commands.

"Okay......... You people take her to the castle and let her stay in the room we prepared for her, some of you should go to the tailor that made her dress and get it I'll go tell the King that she has finally arrived." Ze'l tells them quickly and everyone dispatches to do it.

The spaceship slowly lands in front of a huge medieval looking castle, coming out of the ship is two soldiers dragging Jolt out while others stayed around them in case Jolt wanted to try anything she tried to free herself but their grip was to strong. After walking for a long time cause Jolt room was far and the castle was big they finally arrived at their destination and threw Jolt inside the room. She looked around the place and it was much more bigger than her room in her house, the bed was bigger, there were a lot of technological advancement around the place and a long black coloured gown was on the bed.

"There's a bathroom in the door there............" The soldier points towards it and goes on.

"Take a shower and wear that gown, you're about to see the King and people of GOBTU today." The soldier says rudely and slams the door, they quickly locked it so there was no way Jolt was getting out but she constantly banged on the door.

"Let me out of this stupid place, I'm not putting on this dress." Jolt cries out, she sat on the floor hoping that her duplicate will come in time to save her.

"Oh wow, I need to get dressed." The King of the kingdom says after he heard the good news from Ze'l, Lau his son was standing beside him but didn't know which girl they were talking about his father didn't always tell him anything that was going on in the Kingdom.

"Lau, go tell the special guards to gather the citizens at the podium near the tower of El, she's finally here thank you Lord Xom." The King says swiftly and runs out of his office to get ready, Lau did the same. Ze'l felt so proud of himself and majestically walks out of the office with a happy smile waiting for him are Farrell and Annaike.

"What was the King reaction Sir?" Farrell asked, he was shocked to see that Ze'l was smiling.

"He was happy, thank you for leading the tram Farrell you have no idea how much I appreciate it." Ze'l says to him softly and pats his shoulder, Farrell suddenly felt aroused Ze'l had never touched him before.

"Luckily I had Annaike by my side, she really helped me out sir." Farrell didn't want to say that cause he wanted the whole credit but he wanted Annaike to trust him so bad and not say anything about his crush for Ze'l.

"Well I'm grateful both of you will surely be rewarded........... You know what see me in my office tonight Farrell." Ze'l tells him, without a second Farrell quickly thought that Ze'l wanted to have s*x with him and he was gladly ready to go down at anytime or any place. A soldier quickly runs towards Ze'l.

"The girl refused to wear the gown." The soldier says swiftly and breathes out, Ze'l smile quickly turned into a friend Farrell noticed this and didn't want anything to ruin a moment between him and the General.

"I have an idea." Farrell says with a smirk.

Jolt sits on the bed talking to herself trying to pressure the duplicate to come out and help her but it refused, she had a lot of thoughts on her head where was Zach? Was Tony and Kura captured? And we're her family okay? Jolt wondered, she had already taken her bath cause she felt dirty but refused to wear the gown until she's taken back home. The room door opens and Farrell comes in.

"You're going to put on that dress." Farrell says confidently, he had this grin devilish look.

"I'm not, now return me back to my family." Jolt claps back and stood up, Farrell smiles.

"We'll see about that, bring him in!" Farrell yells Jolt wonders what he was going on but knew they couldn't hurt her, Annaike drags in a almost unconscious Zach into the room he had bruises all over his face and blood around his body, dripping on his clothes.

"Put on the gown!" Farrell says again but this time more authoritatively, Annaike who was wearing gauntlet glove and with all her force punches Zach on the right cheek, a couple of his tooth fell off and he knocks down.

"Fine, fine, fine, fine I'll put on the stupid gown just don't hurt him anymore." Jolt cries out, she felt so much pity for Zach he wouldn't be in this situation if not for her so she was willing to do anything to make sure he'll be okay. Farrell and Annaike both wink at each other another mission well done.

Ze'l stands outside waiting for Jolt so he could lead her to the tower, he was extremely nervous wondering what he was going to say to her he had spent years waiting for this moment and it was finally here.

"Just be yourself." Ze'l says to himself and slowly breathes out. A bunch of soldiers walk out of the castle with Jolt standing in the middle she looked so uncomfortable in the long gown she hadn't wore something like this before it had so many heavy accessories on it, they finally arrive in front of Jolt.

"Leave me and the girl, I'll take her to the tower myself." Ze'l says swiftly and the soldiers quickly dispatch, he could see she didn't like the way they were all around her and he wanted her to feel comfortable so she could stay here.

"Let's go." Ze'l says softly unlike other times when he talked in a very cold manner, Jolt walks beside him she had so many questions and he looked so nice.

"Where are my parents? My friend Zach? You better not hurt him." Jolt voice was shaking, she knew she couldn't walk away cause everywhere was filled with soldiers hiding.

"Did they hurt him?" Ze'l pretends like Farrell didn't tell him his plan to get her to wear the dress.

"Yes! I need you to set him free and I want to go back home." Jolt tells him swiftly, Ze'l chuckles he had deal with people more stubborn than her.

"I'm sorry about that my soldiers can be a little bit power drunk sometimes, you have a new purpose now Jolt what is living inside you was given to us by the gods to save our people and bring peace between all the Kingdoms." Ze'l says to her they were almost at the tower.

"Well why did the gods pick me? I just want to go back home also you talking about bringing peace between all the Kingdoms is funny cause my brother told me that GOBTU was the reason everyone departed." Jolt claps back, Ze'l gave her a very disappointing look he hated it when anyone criticized the Kingdom he vowed to protect.

"Your brother is foolish, you're young and you don't anything but GOBTU never cause any war between anyone." Ze'l says his old personality quickly came back he saw that she looked a little bit scared by the way he talked so he quickly calms down.

"We're here." Ze'l says calmly and in front of them is one of the biggest towers Jolt had ever seen in her life, it was so long that it was reaching the clouds Jolt left her mouth opened wide. He opens the wooden door and they both begin to climb the stairs which was going to take a lot of time Ze'l was behind her.

"What do we want to do here? I hope you don't lock me up?" Jolt thought, she had watched so many movies that the girls spent years in towers but Ze'l nods to the negative assuring her that it wasn't it.

"You're going to showcase your powers to the people." Ze'l says swiftly, Jolt turned around and faces him she only knew how to do one thing with her powers and it wasn't even working anymore.

"I don't know how to use this powers, I just got them and the being inside me is pissed with me so it refused to come out or do something." Jolt tells him gently she needed her powers more than ever but nothing was working Ze'l was more intrigued about the being she talks about.

"This being what does it look like? How does it behave?" Ze'l was curious, as a man that knew a lot about Supernaturals, magic and all of that he had no knowledge about the being.

"Well........... It looks exactly like me but our behaviours are the opposite it's so rude, arrogant and proud plus it yells a lot." Jolt explains to him freely she felt she wasn't in danger anymore since they needed her to bring some kind of world peace.

"Hmm, don't worry I'll help you out with your powers trust me." Ze'l winks at her.

A bunch of citizens gathered in front of the tower there was a clear separation of seats between the elites and poor of the Capital, the elites had canopy on top of their heads with chairs so they could sit down and they were more close to the tower the King was at the front and center with his wives and kids were beside him while Jen and Aila her daughter were behind them.

"Let's hope she's truly special." One of the masses says to another person standing beside him, they had no idea who she was but they everyone in the Capital knew that there was someone special coming to unite everyone.

"Go to the balcony." Ze'l says to Jolt as they had already arrived to the top of the tower, Jolt was extremely confused about how she was going to showcase her powers but she had a little trust in him that he'll handle it. Jolt was extremely nervous she slowly walks out of the tower and looking up to her were thousands of people in awe they couldn't see her cause the tower was way too high and Ze'l refused to expose her identity to the public so she couldn't be kidn*pped or used for anything, Jolt still wondered how she was going to use her powers.

"Time to do this!" Ze'l says to himself, he had spent years studying about the power of darkness and he also could serve as a conductor for Jolt that will activate her powers. His hands begin to glow in a blue colour and he touches her on the shoulder Jolt suddenly felt something inside her like the thing inside her was coming out but it wasn't a wave of telekinetic energy suddenly unleashes out of her body it was so powerful that it pushed everyone not only in the Capital but from other towns and villages in GOBTU they all felt the telekinetic push. Jolt was losing control of her body and could feel something coming out this time not her duplicate but something or someone more powerful the sky began to go dark and a shadowy beast that didn't have a shape except mist was trying to communicate and come out of Jolt body it looked so scary that it frightened the citizens except the King who knew exactly what it was and let's out a smile.

"The god of darkness." The King gently says to himself as he lays his back on the chair.

"That's enough." Ze'l says and let's go of his touch on Jolt after seeing the beast, the mist suddenly vanishes, the telekinetic push stopped and sky turned back to normal. Jolt looked at him with so much shock wondering how he did that and what she just saw.

"What was that inside me?" Jolt quickly leaves the balcony and confronts Ze'l who was laying on the ground after using up a lot of energy.

"A god!" Ze'l says as he breathes heavily.

The citizens began to leave the tower after everything was done, some stayed to sell their stuffs, kids and young adult were there playing around hoping to still see the beast but they're parents were there to send them away. The King and his son Lau were in the same carrier as they rode both of them back home, Lau had so many questions about what just happened.

"That was amazing Dad, what was that mist in the sky Father?" Lau asked, he wanted to know more about GOBTU but his father never told him.

"You'll get it soon just know that it's something very powerful." The King says in a manner that he wanted to end the conversation.

"I want to know you don't tell me anything Dad, I'll be seventeen years old soon and I deserve to know a little about what's going on in the King.........." Lau was raising his voice and his father quickly grabbed him on his neck he hated being disrespected.

"Don't ever raise your voice on me boy, when you get your powers I'll let you know about something of the Kingdom but for now keep on training and try to unlock it don't be useless." The King says aggressively and slowly let's go of his hold on Lau.

Jolt and Ze'l both walk out of the tower passing the back door they both had to wait for everyone to had left the place, a carrier comes to pick them up and they were going to see the King Jolt wonders what she was going to say or do when she meets the King of the Kingdom of GOBTU Ze'l could tell that she was nervous.

"First time being the center of attention?" Ze'l says to her after they've both been quiet for awhile, Jolt chuckles.

"To be honest......... No! When I was very little and up to now my parents saw me as their jewel, took care of me and made I sure I had everything that I need but this level of attention that I'm getting is just so new to me how I do I act when I meet the King and his family?" Jolt tells him and let's out a heavy sigh she enjoyed the attention but didn't know how to handle everything, it was moving so fast.

"Hey, I was nervous too when I saw a King but it went fine trust me just don't talk too much and don't talk back at their views they get angry over that for some reasons." Ze'l calmly tells her and they both burst out laughing, he looks so pleasant people couldn't tell if he was taking it for the girl or if he was just happy that she was around.

"What was the name of the King you met?" Jolt says to him and he thought to himself desperately trying to remember.

"I don't know, I've met a lot of Kings in my lifetime." Ze'l says, no one knew his age or how long he has lived he never interacted with people that much except Jen but she also didn't know a lot about him.

"Even though we have so much differences one thing that's common about the seven kingdoms is that we believe in three different major gods. The god of light, god of darkness and god of hope so if the god of darkness does live inside you we hope we could all come together once more and bring peace among all the Kingdoms." Ze'l says to her trying to clear the air on when she asked how they were going to unite the Kingdoms earlier, she slowly nods to the positive. They arrive at the King big castle, Jolt gets down and is in awe about how the palace looked it was wayyyy too big and even Ze'l knew but the current King loved to live a extravagant life which affected the people of the Kingdom but he didn't care. A guard leads both of them to the dinning, arriving there the King, his wives, kids, Jen and Aila were already sitting and discussing everything felt so awkward to Jolt she didn't know what to say or do but she knows that people bow to King's in movies and quickly bows.

"We don't do that here." The King says politely everyone stood up to welcome her except the King, Ze'l points to a chair for Jolt to sit that was beside Aila while he sits beside Jen.

"So tell me about yourself.............. Jolt?" The King struggled to remember her name after being told multiple times by Ze'l but luckily he remembered in time.

"Hmm........... I don't really have a interesting life I just spent most of my time with my parents and brothers." Jolt didn't want to say much so she ended it quickly but the King stared at her hoping she could say more.

"I'm just hoping I'll get to see them soon." Jolt says swiftly since no one was willing to tell her how her parents were doing she hoped the King will have some answers.

"Yeah, I'm sure you'll see them soon but right now we want you to focus on learning about your powers." The King tells her gently as he chows on his food, Ze'l not wanting her to feel alone thought of an idea.

"I was thinking maybe Jolt could join the private class Lau, Aila and the minister daughter stay. I'll be going there more often to teach and she wouldn't feel alone." Ze'l says boldly the King always listens to Ze'l so he didn't try to argue about it and just nods to the positive, Jolt looks at Ze'l with a smile of appreciation, they all ate and everywhere was quiet Jolt looked at everyone faces but notices Lau looked upset about something.

"Are you okay?" Jolt says to him cause she felt much more comfortable but Ze'l was making signals at her that she should stop but she didn't notice.

"He's fine, just a little sick today." The King says before Lau could talk which got the kid more angrier.

"Can you allow me speak for myself?" Lau raises his voice again getting tired of his dad constant annoying attitude.

"Son, don't raise your voice at your father." One of the wives tells him but Lau didn't listen and rather stood up.

"No I'm sick of this whole thing and I'm tired of pretending that everything is okay with me." Lau says boldly without fearing the consequences of his actions and walks out of the dinning room, the King clearly looked upset and before his wife could say anything to make him calm down he shuts her down.

"Enjoy your lunch, I'll go handle what just happened.........." The King voice was cracking, he removes the belt from his trouser and quickly runs to catch up with his son but before he left he faces Jen.

"Jen make sure you see me this night, usual place." The King says swiftly and runs off.

After the lunch Ze'l leads Jolt to her room, they didn't really say much Ze'l look like he was in the mood to talk. They arrive at her room and Ze'l stands at the door entrance.

"You'll just have to stay here for the rest of the day, I'm sorry I wish I could do more for you but I have my limits too." Ze'l says to her gently, she slowly sits on the bed thinking of how Zach was doing.

"Hey, if you don't mind I hope I can get to see Zach soon? And I hope he is doing fine?" Jolt tells him before he could leave, he chuckles.

"Your friend is fine and I'll make sure you see him soon, don't bother your old life Jolt this is your new life and should get used to it get some rest school starts tomorrow." Ze'l says to her convincingly, Jolt believe him cause there was nothing she could do to get out of here she looks around the room and thought to herself that with time she'll get used to it.

In the night, Aila sits outside of a big restaurant she looked annoyed and upset as usual. Her mum comes out of the restaurant with some foods in a plastic plate.

"I'll see you tomorrow morning." Jen says to her and gives her the food, Aila took it and watched her Mum slowly walk away from her.

"For how long?" Aila yells to her.

"It's not my decision." Jen says to her daughter, she was upset and tired of doing whatever she was doing.

Farrell waits outside of Ze'l office wondering what he wanted to give him, he was expecting a kiss or hug he just wanted to feel Ze'l body.

"Here you go!" Ze'l says to him as he walks out of his office stretching a envelope to him, Farrell took it looking confused and disappointed.

"It's money, just to some appreciation." Ze'l says swiftly and slams his door, Farrell was broken inside realizing that Ze'l will never have feelings for him.

The next morning, Jolts woke up she had a really nice sleep she was grateful for that cause for the past few days she's been sleep deprived. She stood up and saw a uniform on her clothes then remembered that she had school but the challenging issue for her was she had never been to school before.
