Roman managed to get the Queen in and out without being seen. The Queen's personal maids were very concerned when she didn't wake up, however. They were in a tizzy, but everyone told them to calm themselves. She was probably just fatigued from her pregnancy. Amelia hoped they'd disagree long enough that a doctor wouldn't be called until it was too late to tell she'd been drugged.
