My phone starts ringing.I better get that it might be Grace. I pull out my phone and Regi is calling. Oh god I thought I deleted his number. I made it very clear I didn't want anything to do with him. It was a date set up by my best friend. Just a little rebound and having fun, nothing serious. Guy can't take a hint it was one of the worst dates I had ever been on. I sigh and hang up the phone. Who was that and why did you hang up? Oh boy this is going to be bad.. Silence once again fills the car. I have to answer him ,but how do I tell him I went on a rebound date? Jean insisted and it meant nothing and it was a horrible date and I told the guy to lose my number. Kate, are you going to answer me? Levi, Jean insisted I quit moping and convinced me to go on a rebound date. It was horrible and meant absolutely nothing and now the guy won't leave me alone and I forgot to block the number. I try not to look over. I hold my breath waiting for the fight. Yet it stays silent which is even worse.We arrived back at Dad's and nothing has been said. He carries the food and places it in the kitchen and heads upstairs. I walk up after him. He opens the door and I follow behind, shutting it behind me. I hold my breath.. Please, I don't want to fight, I think to myself. He sits on the bed and places his hands over his face. I walked over and sat beside him. Oh no.. I try to hold steady, waiting for him to speak. He uncovers his face with his hands. I then blurt out.. Levi it meant nothing it was stupid and ignorant i shouldn't of went it was horrible and he was gross and I'm so sorry we went on one date and I throw my drink on him. He muffles a laugh.. Levi, why are you laughing?? Because out of all the time we were together you never once through anything at me!! Oh haha! I punched him in the arm.. OUCH! Well you stop laughing I thought you were pissed at me?? No I'm not because I went on one too and it was horrible. I swear Gavin and Jean mean well ,but are oblivious!! We both start laughing until tears's form in our eyes. Ok now let's go eat. I'm starving! We head down stairs to find our food. OH hi Lea where have you been? Oh my you are all wet. She wiggles her nub ROOF ROOF ROOF! Ok lets go! We walk down the lake hand and hand Lea running ahead. We hear laughing and splashing!! Lea run's forward and jumps in the lake oh goodness.. Hey! There you are Grace called earlier said you all were going to eat, We tried calling you but no answer. Sorry Ben, I left my phone at home and Kate had her number changed a year ago. Ok well come on we got BBQ going! Sorry, we have our own food and are heading to the other side. Can we bum a 6 pack? Yea here ya go! Thanks, let's go Kate. We head over on the other side of the lake. We find a dry spot and set down Lea comes running up soaking wet having a blast. She really loves it here. We need to come more often. Yea we do! I smile and kiss his cheek! Levi, what did your dad talk to about earlier? He smiles and wraps his arms around me and kisses the top of his head. Grabs a beer and cracks it open! Do you want one? Yes! I snagged the one out of hand and started drinking it! Hey! That was mine, ok fine I'll get a new one! Oh no you don't you already drank half in two swallows! Haha!! He gets another beer and takes a drink. Looking off into the distance watching the family have a blast. I hold his hand and lean back against him. My phone starts ringing not again. I pull my phone out of my pocket. It's Levi's work.. I hand him the phone. You better take this. Are you sure? Yes. Hello? Yea.. they are on the hold. Kate where did you say the Stevens files are? I snag the phone! Hey Andy! Hi Kate. The flies are in the green cabinet in a blue folder labeled fraud! Now if you can't follow the information I left I'll just have to take over again! Oh! No ma'am I mean that would be wonderful I can't figure out anything and he can't either! You all are so pathetic! I'll be at the office Tuesday morning! Thank you goodbye! I hang up my phone and toss it to the side! You'll be in the office huh? Who approved of this? I did, do you have a problem with it? No not at all just wear something sexy! I smacked his leg. I chase him around the other side of the lake where everyone gains speed.. People start moving out of the way, some staggering! I stop and grab ben! Ben? Yea? I'll get you a case of beer if you catch him and throw him in the lake. At this point Levi is on the other side taunting me!! Ben grins and takes off I wave!! Levi takes off like a bullet and Ben is the fastest runner of the family! He flys by me yelling chicken s**t! Oh I'm the chicken s**t I'm not the one running for my life!! He comes back and grabs me and we both go flying in the lake!! We both surface and start busting out laughing. Ben is rolling on the ground laughing and people are falling over! Then everyone jumps in the lake!! Lea comes paddling over! Hi sweetie! I pet her head and she's off again! I sink down in the water enjoying the warm water! This is so nice! Yes it is! I feel Levi come closer pulling me in closer! You are so beautiful! I blush and kiss his cheek. I really mean that. I know you do. Hey you two come on let's play a game of corn hole! Hell yea I'm in levi and I am against you and ben? Sounds good! We gotta go change first, it's a little chilly! Haha, afraid you're gonna freeze! No, I just don't want to have a chafing in the morning! I start walking off levi coming up beside me sliding his arm around my waist. We get out of the side and Levi stops. What is honey? He smirks I love when you're all wet, those clothes show all your curves! I pull him. I trace my finding from his chest all the way down sliding my hand down his jeans. I barely touch him.When he grabs my hand. I look at him confused. Let's get to the house first! But levi I. He cuts me off. Kate Ben's watching. Ugh ok!! We start walking off and hear in the distance you bunch of sissy's!! We both smirk! I smack his ass and make a run for it! His right on my tail! We reach our room already peeling wet clothes off as they hit the floor! Oh levi I pull him in close and our lips collide, sending a thrill all the way to my toes.
