Arden POV*
Surprise showed on Roman’s face, but before he could answer, he was interrupted by Perry and Sita entering the room. He gave me a look suggesting we would finish the conversation later.
“Sita,” Roman turned to his Beta, “I need you to show Arden to her new room.” Turning to me, he added, “For as long as you are willing to stay, of course. You are not a prisoner here, and though we are willing to welcome you to our pack, you always have a choice.”
I sat stunned for a moment before Sita placed her hand on my shoulder, shocking me back into reality. She gave me a quick smile before answering him.
“Got it, boss. I’ll make sure she gets what she needs. Come on Arden, we’ve got some places to be.”
