Did it want him to climb on? He shook his head, but it
hurt so much he stopped quickly.
"No," he choked out.
The wolf shook its head and walked closer to him.
It got in his face, then tilted its head back again and
growled.
Swallowing what felt like glass, Jenn sat up, unable
to use his left arm. The wolf stood closer, and Jenn
grasped the fur with his right hand. He stood shakily, then threw a leg over the wolf's back. Around them were screams and constant battling, but Jenn had to focus or else he might pass out. Using the fur again, he yanked himself onto the back of the wolf as if it were a horse. It was almost big enough to be.
