Rule 1-2-3
Rule 1 • Always pay attention to everything partner says
So let's start with
How sometimes you know, you listen to someone or you're listening to someone but you're not actually listening hearing it. What are the person's trying to say?
Sometimes there are a lot of unsaid and in between things which we miss and we just focus on what the person is exactly trying to say and maybe judge them or try to understand them by what they are saying by the words what they are speaking out.
Well in reality, it's not like that in reality. The person may be trying to see something else or isn't able to see what actually That person is able to feel. But Not everyone is good at communication. And not everyone knows what to speak when to speak how to speak. So sometimes when you and your partner you or your partner. Out of the blue
Just you know, just start sharing something maybe try and understand why that person is trying to say that I don't think a lot but try and understand what your partner is trying to tell you or maybe by those words try to think that okay. My partner is telling me this maybe there is something or I'm someone so special that my partner sharing it with me.
Although the partner might have shared it with. A lot of people or partner might not have shared it with anyone here else. Well in that case, you know once Your partner is done sharing. You can softly gently ask your partner that.
You can ask after you appreciate like knowledge what your partner is said. Maybe you can say that okay, you know, I really appreciate what you just told me and I really value your words. May I ask you something?
And then you can put in the question. Have you ever shared it with anyone? And there you go. You got your answer if your partner has not shared with anyone when it would be a very big thing. It may be a very small thing what a partner is shared but in their head, it's a very big thing. So maybe just here and try to understand what they're trying to say. Well, this was the good part. Sometimes your partner just says things and get upset.
Well when they are upset sometimes. They just speak.
Everything or anything that comes in there Head And it sometimes may be very disturbing because you don't expect the person to say such things. You don't expect that person to say such things whom you like few hours back was seeing so many good things about you. It's not about mood swings or anything. It's about sometimes. You just let it go and you understand that. Okay, the partner is I'm going through something or something might have happened or there is something what Partners not saying or something disturbed about I'm sure there's something He or she wants to tell me but partner is not able to express it may be scared of something scared of your reaction. The biggest problem. A lot of the partners are scared of the other partners reaction because they know that okay. This is what I am going to get. So maybe they just try to see it in a way. There's They don't get that reaction. From you
It's like a kid's mentality. Kids usually do that when they do something wrong. They try to do something nice and then slip in whatever they have done. And Yeah, so that that kid always stays until you grow old. Till your last breath.
Rule one Always pay attention to everything partner says Sometimes in a hurry and Rush In upsetting times Or in very happy times. You or your partner may see something and you just ignore it.
One suggestion
Always have a me time.
In a day for an hour or so. And think about whatever conversations your had don't over think about it. Just think about it. Okay, this happened this happened. This happened to happen. Once you go through the conversation. It's not a lot to do but I think to keep that relationship. You need to work everyday. And if you really like that person, I'm sure it'll the things will Not be that difficult to do.
Rule 2 • Try to acknowledge as much as you can
When I say Try to acknowledge. Your partner as much as you can I mean
That sometimes small things which you miss small achievements of your partners.
You don't. Give that much importance to it sometimes doing a very small very very small thing would would be a Big thing and even though if it would if it is not a big thing it is okay, too. Try to cure.
And Try to cheer and
Get that positive kid vibe. That oh, yes, you did it. Oh, yes. We did it. Oh, yes. I'm really happy. So so very small things.
For example if your partner is completed or task which He or she was looking forward since a long time, but it was very small tasks. For example completing 5000 steps or 5 kilometers run or Making something look which she or he was looking forward to or Just Getting up at a time. So not every time you can cheer but sometimes you can just acknowledge it that okay. Oh you're doing this or maybe sometimes so your partner might be doing a lot of things for you, which you don't even realize so sometimes you should just you can think about it. And you can ask your partner. If you if you really notice it you let your partner know that you actually notice it you tell you know, you let it let him or her know that I am noticing that you doing this for me and I really appreciate it.
Sometimes it makes a difference another. It makes a lot of difference.
Rule 3 • Appreciate when you really mean it
When you be with your partner. After a while Sometimes you don't. Give a lot of attention to what we are trying to say or what they're doing. What would they have done?
And sometimes one just Appreciates randomly without actually realizing how much it means to the other person. Sometimes it wouldn't be mean that much but then
One appreciates at that level that it feels that it's a fake of appreciation just to make you feel better. And for that person to realize That you are actually you actually are happy and are proud of your partner.
Then only you should appreciate it. And in a very subtle way. One can appreciate it.
Always remember make sure your partner has your attention when you're appreciating and make sure everything went start.
