"Avery, you need to hurry up, or we are going to be late." I yelled through the bathroom door. She had come back from shopping and said that if I wanted a shower I had better get in there because she was going to occupy the bathroom for several hours to get ready, and I wasn't allowed in. I knew she had bought a dress because it was delivered earlier, along with shoes, and it took everything in me not to peek at it, but I know how much she wanted it to be a surprise. I have no clue what else she did today, but she had spent the majority of the day doing things alone. I had watched her tracking app, and she was either in this hotel or the one next to us.
