Avery's POV
It's been two days and nothing. We can't find anything to give us clues as to where Conrad is. The police haven't contacted us again, and we have been doing a search of every inch of the city. Everrette even went and visited his mother, and she was no help. According to him, she barely spoke and wouldn't answer any questions about Conrad. That woman deserved nothing but death, but that would be too kind for her.
"Rush, where are your guys at going through the list of people that we have given you?" I asked while sitting in Conrad's office. While I haven't been able to find anything to help us here, it seems to be the only place I can find any peace. I feel closer to him in here. I can't stand to go to our room and out there is everyone else. I know they are trying to help,
