DESIRE
Tara giggled as Akin tickled her tummy and I shook my head at their silly display. In a way I'm sort of jealous, I carried her in my womb for more than nine months, took care of her from a baby to the toddler she was now and Akin just showed up two weeks ago and I got thrown out of the picture.
I tapped my foot impatiently at them, irritation brewed in my belly.
"Come on Tara, lets go inside."
"No mummy, I want to stay with my daddy."
"Tara." I snapped, "I said lets go inside, that's enough."
"No." She clung to him defiantly and Akin chuckled.
"Desire leave her alone, if you want to go inside, go, we'll join you when we are ready."
