  NATHAN Stepping out of the hospital for some fresh air, I pulled out a pack of cigarettes from my jean pocket. Taking one out, I lit it up with my lighter and placed it in my mouth, taking a long, slow drag. I could feel the nicotine spreading through my lungs and warming me up. It was evening time and it was kind of chilly out here. The city lights were already on, lighting up the roads, bringing out the atmosphere that I had always loved about Lagos. The nightlife.
