Evelyn 'S POV "Please forgive him," I pleaded on his behalf, as I couldn't stand it anymore. "He treated you badly, so you shouldn't be pleading on his behalf, rather you should be the one advising me to get him out of this Pack," he told me, but I kept calm, and continued pleading with him. "Okay fine, just get out of here, and learn to treat people better next time," Liam told him, and he nodded immediately, standing up and thanked me before he finally left. Liam came closer to me again, having his seat now. "Why are you so kind-hearted, and quick to forgive?" He asked me, making me smile immediately. "That's who I am," I responded to him, while he just stared at me for a while, grinning as he did that. I felt so happy right now to have a mate like Liam because he was simply the best, he was the mate I prayed for, and I'm super excited that I was given my request. All the pain I had felt was now totally gone, so I really couldn't be happier. I thought as he held my hand to take me away from the dining room finally after we were done eating. "I wanted a party to be organized in two months where I will officially announce her as my Luna," Liam told Eric who nodded immediately. "Alright I will see to that," Eric said, as he attempted to leave, but I stopped him. "Is it really necessary to wait until two months to finally announce our engagement and wedding?" I asked him, as I didn't feel there was a need to wait that long. "Yes, because I want this party to be filled with important people because it was going to be a special day for us," he told me, while I sighed softly. "Alright then, if that's what you want then it's fine," I smiled while glancing at him. "And you can go too," he told Eric who quickly bowed his head before walking away immediately. "Our wedding has to be perfect because I was also announced as the Luna that very day too," he told me, while holding onto my hands now, as I could hear but just grin from ear to ear. "I guess I can't wait then," I grinned, as he pulled me into a hug immediately. Later that evening, I was seated in my chamber alone when a maid came knocking, making me wonder why. "Who's there?" I voiced out, as I remained seated on my bed, as all I could think of right now was nothing more than how Liam had been treating me since we met. "There is someone outside that wants to see you," the maid spoke up from outside my door. "And who is that?" I asked her, and she told me she didn't know the name of the person, but it was a female. "Alright let her in then," I told her. "Alright ma'am," I heard her say, as her footsteps faded away. After a while my bedroom door cracked open revealing Mirabel, making me gasp immediately, as I felt nervous seeing her here. "What do you want from me now? why are you here?" I asked her, immediately as I noticed her presence in my chamber not wanting her inside my bedroom, after all she had done. I felt she was here to also do more. "I know you must hate me right now, but I'm here to say I'm sorry for all the pain I just have caused you," she spoke up, making me gasp seeing her apologize as she also went on her knees before me. "I don't know what to say right now," I stared blankly, still finding it hard to believe that my sister who had always been the one bullying me was now pleading for my forgiveness. "You are my only sister, so we ought to be close, and not be enemies like we are right now, please forgive me," she pleaded again, making me swallow hard. "I understand if you don't want to forgive me because I don't deserve any Forgiveness from you because I did a lot of despicable things to you," she said while tears poured down her eyes, and I felt compassion for her immediately. "I know you did all that, but you are still my sister, and I love you so much," I said, taking her hands into mine. "Does that mean you have forgiven me?" She asked me, while I nodded my head in agreement, while she smiled immediately, thanking me, as I finally helped her stand up from the floor which she was before. "You are the best sister ever, and I regret why I didn't do all I did to you, I'm so sorry," she apologized again, while I made her sit on the bed with me. "It's totally fine Mirabel, I understand why you had to do that," I told her, as I wiped the tears in her eyes, and hugged her. She was my sister, so it's only right that I forgive her because I was sure she had finally repented from her old self to have been able to come to me. The Mirabel I know would never apologize, but here she apologized to me, so who am I not to forgive her? I still care about her as much as my sister, and I really can't feel happier than this. We were still in the mood for reconciliation when the door cracked open revealing Liam who looked shocked to see us hug each other. "What's going on here?" He asked me, while I smiled immediately, as I finally disengaged from the hug with Mirabel and faced him fully. "Reconciliation, that's what is going on here," I responded to his questions grinning from ear to ear, as he just kept calm, staring from Mirabel to me in awe. I guess he was still finding it out to believe it. "Can I stay with you here in the Pack house?" Mirabel whispered against my ears.
