The princess

Before going home, Lila had one more surprise for him and simply told Angelo that the second day wasn't over yet. Angelo was kind of confused but decided to just go with the flow. After walking for 10 - 12 minutes, they arrived at a castle. It looked like Lila knew the place really well and said Angelo that they'd sneak in. Angelo, of course didn't agree with it but Lila was so pushy he couldn't disagree. They were walking behind the castle and there was a little secret door which allowed you to go inside the castle without anyone noticing. It looked like an emergency exit if anything were to happen. Angelo, out of curiosity asked Lila:

- How do you know this door?

- I know a lot of other places, I come here often, almost every day.

- You sneak in here every day?!! In the castle?!! Where the princess, King and queen are?!!

- Yeah. It's so fun that's why I told you to come with me.

- What we're doing right now is illegal Lila, you should know better.

- ...no! Who said it's illegal?! I told you I come here every day and no one has told me that it's illegal to do this.

- Well I just told you and now you know. Lila come on, if anyone sees us they will think we are thieves.

- Uhm...Angelo...Everyone has seen me... I mean everyone as in every the security guard of the castle.

- And they didn't call the police?!!

- Why would they?! Angelo just don't mind it please. Do you trust me?

- Yes I do but...

- Do you trust me? If yes then follow me if no then go home Angelo. I'm going because it's late.

- Ok ok I'm coming with you. I trust you but I have never done this kind of stuff before. I'm the shy and correct kid in the class.

- Yeah I'm starting to see that.

- What is that supposed to mean?!

- Nothing nothing. Let's keep going.

They went inside the castle. There was a young lady waiting for them. She was so happy to see Lila and immediately went to hug her like she hadn't meet her in a very long time. After that she saw Angelo and asked Lila:

- Who is he?

- He's my cousin Angelo. Do you remember all the stories I used to tell you where I was with this one cousin I couldn't remember his name?

- Yeah...

- Well he is that cousin.

- Oh! It's so nice to meet you. I've heard a lot of things about you.

- I hope they were good.

- Yes yes of course they were. I couldn't wait to finally meet you.

- Thanks uhh...

- Oh how rude of me, I forgot to introduce myself.

- Oh don't worry it's fine.

- I'm sorry I got carried away by my emotions. So my name is Elda. I'm 15 years old and I'm the princess of this country.

- Hi Elda, my name is Angelo. I'm 16 years old and I am the Prince of your dreams.

- What....?

Elda was so embarrassed and Lila just acted like she didn't hear anything. No one knew that Angelo would ever talk like that, especially on his first time meeting someone. The awkwardness in that moment made everyone uncomfortable. Lila started talking to Angelo about what had just happened:

- Angelo...

- Yes Lila?

- Are you ok?

- I feel a little bit dizzy I don't know why... I was good just a moment ago though.

- Yeah, like 30 minutes ago you were talking about how it is illegal to go in the castle and now you...

- I feel dizzy...I'm about to fall.

Right after saying that he fell right into the ground. Elda called two men to carry him inside the castle. They put him in her room and called the royal doctor to check him. Angelo had nothing serious but his temperature was high and made him say those things. The doctor gave some medicine to him and told him to rest for today but it was 8pm already. Elda was worried about him and Lila was too. She didn't know what to do anymore or how to go home with Angelo. The princess rushed out of the room to the King's room. She asked him for permission so they could stay over tonight since he was sick and couldn't move. The king said yes but she had to take care of them and that boy especially by saying these words, " it's a princess's job to take care of her people, whenever they need a shelter she has to be there for them, whenever they're hungry, she needs to be hungry with them too, whenever they're sick, she needs to be the one to take care of them". She thanked her father for everything and left the room quietly. After leaving the room she started running to go at Lila to give her the good news. Lila was very pleased to hear that her friend had gone through all the trouble to ask their father to let them stay. Lila called her mom to let her know they'll be staying over at the castle. And that's how the princess started taking care of Angelo.
