Memories

2 weeks passed since Angelo was kidn*pped. He hadn't gone to school since that happened but he started to feel better and little by little started forgetting what happened, at least that's what his actions said. His mom wanted to make him feel a little better so they took another week off from school to go visit their relatives. It was a long trip to go to their house, 5 hours with a car, but they finally arrived. Everyone was happy to meet each other again since it already been 3 years that they hadn't met. Angelo saw a girl there, she was his age. His aunt told him that she was his cousin Lila, and that they used to hang out so much when they were younger. After remembering who she was and how close they used to be, he went and hugged her. It was kind of awkward for both of them at the beginning but then they got comfortable with each other. As the time was passing by, they all were still outside chatting and they forgot that they had to get ready since it was dinner time already. Angelo got the luggages and went inside. The first day went by really fast and they fell asleep. For the second day, Lila had planned what to do and where to go with Angelo and he agreed. - The first thing we're gonna do today is go and meet our friends. You remember them right? - I think so? I'm not sure but let's see what happens when I meet them. Maybe they won't remember me, who knows. - No no I don't think so. You all used to be pretty close to each other and I'm sure they remember you. - What are their names? Maybe that will help me remember. - One of them is Adam. Do you remember him? - Hmm...Wait! Adam?!! - Yes, you remember him?! - Not really but I like his name. - That's why you sounded so excited? - Yeah... - Ok ok whatever. The second one is Marco. Maybe you'll remember him because you two used to be close. - Hmm...Oh the one we used to call Marco Polo?! - Yes, do you remember him? He hasn't changed so I'm sure that you'll know who he is in a second. - Yeah I do remember Marco, he used to help me with my studies and homeworks. - That's why you remember him?! - Mostly yeah. At least I'm honest, you need to appreciate that. - Yeah yeah. The last one is the first friend you made here, Sean. - Oh my...I miss him so much he used to be my best friend out of all of them. I hope he hasn't changed much since I last saw him. - He has changed in fact...a lot. - For better I hope. - I don't know if it's for better or worst, but he has changed. - How? In what way? - Well, do you remember how he used to get bullied? - Yeah, we always stood up for him, that's how we became friends. - Yeah...well now he can do that for himself, me and you too. - So he became stronger ? - Yeah. - That's not a bad thing though...how the tables have turned, I used to be strong and him week, but now he's strong and I'm weak. - Don't say that...let's just go and meet them. - Alright let's get going.
