The Cabin

    Alpha Violet,

While you were too busy to protect your pack, we have infiltrated your party and take your human friend and the She-wolf you were harboring.  Our Alpha had been looking for her and will be happy to see her.  Since you kept her from him we will be keeping the human from you.  If you want her to stay alive you will give up your title and leave your pack. We will be watching for your next move.

   "Cora" Violet whispered. "We have to help her get me out of the bath now!"

"Violet lets think this through we need to make a plan and you are not in a state to help right now." Eli says calmly.

    "Cora is not a wolf she can't recover as we can. I can't just wait for 24hrs. to help her. Plus as much as I don't trust Liz, she was under my protection and I have failed her." Violet looked at her mate in desperation.

    "Bro she is right we can't just leave them. We have to act now." Alex said with determination.

Violet stood up carefully trying to get out of the bathtub Eli gently took her arm. "What's the plan because as of right now you can't fight."

    "We need your dad you have to trust me, Eli." Violet said pleading with her eyes.  

"I don't like that look. Why do I feel like you are going to do something reckless." Eli groaned 

    "Not reckless just what I have to do. Go get your dad while I change." Violet commanded.

Eli's head drooped as he left the room. I have a bad feeling about this Elis said to Eli. So do I. He quickly mind linked his father and met him on the second floor.  He explained what was happening. 

"You think Violet would do something drastic?" Christoph asked.

    "If she thought it was the only way to save those around her yes." Eli replied as they got into the elevator to get to their room.

"She is not helpless, son. Just remember that her powers will surprise rogues so they won't know how to battle that." Christoph said when the elevator doors opened they saw Alex standing outside the room looking concerned. "What's going on son? Is she not dressed yet?"

    "She asked me to leave so she could get ready but she is not answering my knocks and the door is locked," Alex replied. "She promised she would help Liz and then locked the door." 

    "Violet open up we are here. Are you ready to set up a plan?"  Christoph says to the door. There is no answer.  

    Eli then shouts "Princess are you ok? We want to help you please open up." Still no answer. "Violet, open up you are scaring me. I will break down these doors if I have to."  Eli says with more urgency.

    Then Violet's voice filled Eli's head Please don't be mad.  I have to do what's best for everyone and that means giving myself up to them. This will mean safety for Cora and maybe I can spare Liz. Remember they are watching.  I am sorry I was not honest with you I just knew you would stop me.  I love you Eli. I am just doing what is right. I can't let anyone else die because of me. I hope you understand.

No Violet you can't do this. You don't have to do this alone we can help you. Please don't leave me! Eli pleaded with her.

Eli Stop it! You are making this harder. Maybe one day we will see each other again. Don't forget me. Then she shut off her mind link so she could continue with her plan to save Cora and Liz.

    Christoph, I know I just hurt Eli please don't be mad. I have a plan and this is the only way it will work. 

Ok, Alpha what's the plan? 

    I am headed towards Anthony Lake where we found Liz.  I think they will be mostly watching from that side. I need you to send warriors to that side but make sure they stay hidden I don't want this given away. Eli has to think I have given myself up in order for them not to catch on.  I will act as though I am surrendering so I can get Cora and Liz to safety once they are safe the warriors can come in and we will take this pack down.  Do not tell Eli.  I know he will want to track me down. It is okay to listen to his plans just don't let him know the plans.

    Yes Alpha, I am on it. Please be careful we can not lose another Alpha.

I will be careful I promise. You have trained me well I will be fine.

   Violet was running through the territory trying to put as much space between her and the others as possible. This plan has to work she thought. As she got close to the back of Eli's little yellow cottage she slowed and phased back into her human form she stood behind his house listening and watching.  That's when she saw Cora being dragged into the Cabin by a man with Jet black hair he was not facing her but Violet thought if he was his yellow eyes would probably glow in the dark. Bacchus! Lettie growled. Time to plan an attack.

    "Why would she give herself up!" Eli was shouting "She is being so stupid.  I could have helped her. I am supposed to protect her. Can't you do anything dad your her Beta?"

    Christoph put his hands on his son's shoulders "I have commanded warriors and scouts to look for her Eli. We will find her I promise." 

    "What if she doesn't come back? I should be with the warriors! I need to bring her back." Eli said frantically looking around but not looking for anything."Where are the warriors looking?" 

    "You are too emotional to be a part of this search. Eli, you are not thinking straight." Christoph said gently.

    "I will go search with you brother. Violet is putting her differences aside to save Liz. I will help you find your mate!"  Alex stood up and grabbed his brother's arm. "We are going dad and you can I either come with us or stay behind." 

    Eli looked at his younger brother seeing him more as a man. Has he gotten bigger thought, Eli? "Let's go, Alex. Dad are you coming?" 

    "Let me tell your mom. Where are we headed?" Christoph said looking at his sons with pride.

"The Cabin is where we should start," Alex stated. "Liz had a fascination with it talking about how the rogues would watch it all the time.  I think that is where they will be."

    "Why didn't you tell us this earlier?" Eli asked. 

"I didn't want you guys to be more suspicious of Liz then you already were," Alex said.

    "Then we start there," Christoph said with a new worry of his own. Alpha this is an ambush I am certain of it. Are you their Alpha?  The connection stagnate made Christoph worried.  She was there but yet it was empty something is very wrong.

    "Violet is in pain!" Eli shouted, "I can feel it something is very wrong."

"We need to leave now" and with that Christoph linked the rest of the pack and they headed to the Cabin.
