*Harper pov *  Hey, I'm Harper, daughter of Jacob Larson, the biggest mobster in the world, and that's exactly why my life was hell. I've always been targeted by factions, I was the most precious asset in this criminal environment, and I could become a currency of exchange at any time. Today was the day when I went to the exchange that my father had placed me, claiming that it was to expand my knowledge, but I knew it was to get me out of sight of his enemies:  “Harper, Are you all ready? The driver and the security guard are already waiting for you downstairs” Carmen says, entering my room. from me since my mother died in childbirth, I considered her as a mother:  "Yes, yes," I say, closing the last suitcase in which I had my belongings. until she and I hug her  “everything will be fine, it will only be 3 months, I stayed I will care well! I promise to come back soon” I say, letting go, and wiping away her tears, then wiping mine off. I pick up my things and go down. Josh, my security guard, picks up my things and takes it to the car. I get in the car, and see Carmen waving crying.   03:41 AM  After hours in the car, we were still a long way from reaching our destination. I was almost asleep when I hear gunshots, which hit the car's tire, causing it to stop. Josh and Tyler (the driver) get out of the car, and tell me to scream. I obey, my heart was beating too fast. I closed my eyes and could only hear the shots. After a while, the noise had stopped. I hear footsteps approaching, so I automatically grab the gun I had in my backpack, Josh instructed me to use it only in case of extreme accuracy, and that was the case. The car door opens, revealing a masked guy, only his green eyes appeared. He tries to force me out of the car, and without thinking twice, I shoot him in the abdomen. He staggeres backwards, I take advantage and get out of the car running as fast as I can, but another masked man holds me, so someone else puts a bag over my head, and I put it out.
