Chapter 7

The girl had blonde hair that gave off the beautiful scent of lavender. Big beautiful eyes that could suck the soul of any man in, she was a girl to live for. Chief doctor mutilo stopped his explanation as worry plastered his face. For his daughter to have come without any warning then it had to be a serious issue “Matilda…whats the problem? What happened? Are you hurt? What’s the matter tell me” the chief doctor said as he went over to his daughter and looked around her body for any sign of injuries.

Matilda face didnt give any sign of joy as she said in a slightly high pitched voice “ dad, they’re here again” she said as her gaze shifted over to the door. The chief doctor's expression became bitter, the people she spoke about couldn’t have come with any good intentions. He had to act immediately! “stay here” he said to Matilda as he left the room to deal with the situation all by himself.

Matilda watched as her father went out of the room, she knew why he had asked her to stay. It was safer here than outside when they were there. Finally looking away, a bare upper body greeted matilda's sights followed by the creepy smile of the owner “ahh” she couldn’t avoid the suprise a bit. Justin was exasperated, he knew he was handsome but he didn’t know he was handsome enough to make a girl jump in surprise. He had really been blessed.

Matilda ‘s cheeks flushed red, as strange thought s passed around in her head. Come to think of it, her father had been standing close to where the boy currently was before he left the room. And the boy was half naked…could it be? Shaking her head violently to stop the weird thoughts, she immediately bowed her head saying “ clothes please”. Justin who had been creepily smiling thinking the girl was struck by his handsomeness the whole time now realized why she acted that way. “ damn!” he thought as he acted quickly, looking around he found a place for clothes and picked up a shirt. Scratching his head embarrassingly, he tried to salvage the situation by initiating a conversation. With his masterfully crafted handsome( actually very creepy) smile he stated “ hi young woman, I’m Justin craig”.

Matilda raised her head at the words as she looked at Justin, with one eyebrow raised up she asked “young woman?” a chuckle escaped her lips as she continued “ You don’t look older than me to call me a young woman” was he some kind of mad man her father was treating?. “…..” it was at this moment that Justin knew he had f****d up! He still thought he was an old man and he referred to he as a young woman as the elderly did to the youngsters. s**t! His first impression was ruined, but there was still time. He could still save it “ ah no no I meant it as in, you look so young facially so I called you that” he made up something to explain himself. “ young facially…you mean like a child? Are you a pedophile?” Matilda asked, this boy was getting creepier by the minute.

The last words from matilda's mouth pierced justin's heart like an arrow. A pedophile! He had been branded a pedophile on their first meeting. He was about to speak when he heard voices from outside like people were quarreling or something. It got so loud that they couldn’t hear themselves talk so Justin decided to see what was happening. “wait don’t go outside!” Matilda tried to stop him but it was too late, he had already left.

Outside

A peculiar scene was progressing, the chief doctor was on his knees holding the legs of a man that seemed to be not that much older than him. A grossly fat boy stayed beside the man the chief doctor was kneeling down to, with a mischievous smile on his face he seemed to enjoy the situation. Kulin was also there, anger was written all over his face as he stared at the fat boy gritting his teeth.

“get off me. I’ve given you enough time but now it’s either your daughter or you give me the necessary item back” the man kicked the chief doctor away. He had narrow eyes with a few wrinkles on them, bushy eyebrow tgat seemed like it held the whole sss forest in it and finally, a goatee that he kept stroking. At the same time Matilda and Justin had come out of the room. Matilda saw her father being kicked and rushed over to him. With eyes beginning to tear up she held her father close to her like she was protecting him from the man and the fat boy.

When the fat boy saw Matilda, his eyes immediately glowed like he had seen a rare gem. He tapped his father signalling something to him and the man nodded seeming to understand. Justin this and was clueless at what was going on. Kulin and Matilda made sure the chief doctor wasn’t at all injured, even though he was the village's chief doctor he was still quite weak. Matilda was already crying at this time then, a hand grabbed her trying to stay her away from the man. Kulin reacted immediately and tried to stop the man *boom* a savage punch landed right on kulin's face knocking him back. “arrg” kulin screamed, holding his face with signs of blood on his hands. He seemed to have a broken nose.

“nooo” Matilda screamed as she was being dragged away by the man with the goatee, she d idnt want to end up like this. She had given up all hope when suddenly the dragging motion came to a stop. A fine hand with not too obvious muscles had grabbed the man's hand. Justin smirked “let’s her go” he said, the man was surprised. His grip was on of the strongest in the village but the free haired boy's grip could stop his. But he wasn’t going to let a silly boy stop him today. The man raised his fist aiming for another face damaging punch like had been delivered to Kulin. *boom* the fist met the palm as a little hardly noticed shockwave spread from the point of contact.

“what?!” The goateed man screamed in his mind. Who was this monster? He stopped his punch with no reaction at all like it was nothing. The man looked in horror as a smug smile gradually filled justin's face “ I said let her go” he commanded with a voice of authority.
