"Tell me Tina," Kiera questioned a blond pigtailed teenage girl who was lying on a couch, "Do you feel your parents don't care?" Kiera leaned back in her chair as the jade green pendant rested on her turtleneck sweater. Kiera pushed up her glasses and look directly at the girl.
