A car honks behind and I notice the lights have turned green. I quickly step on the accelerator and start driving. I shake my head and try to focus on the driving. I can feel the stress radiate of off me. I’m thankful Matthew has stopped driving me last week, or else he would’ve caught the distress in a second.
