The morning air was filled with the scent of heavy downpour with the cloud darkening as tho expecting a storm. Kimberly stepped into the building hallway drained completely,watching the professionally dressed people walking to and from the hallway. compared to herself she looked as one to be pitied. To everyone else it was another work day. To Kimberly it was a start off of the promise she made to herself ,to build herself and never get swayed by anything love . She tightened her grip on the strap of her handbag and glanced at the employee contract file on her hand ,giving herself a reassurance smile.it has taken so many side hustles and job applications to get here. Failure was definitely not an option . “Excuse me!will you!!! Someone bumped into her ,sending her files and bag tumbling onto the ground .
