You are enough
Hi, how does it feels to write something about yourself? Here I am writing this whole book as an escape.
Escape from the real world where my feelings are not valid, escape from the people who does not care about what i feel or do.
Here i am finding out that am i feeling something wrong or 'this tingling sensation in my heart everytime i think about my past' is this valid.
Do each and every person have the right to judge us on the basis of what and how much we feel?
I am not here just to rebel , i am here to know about myself and what am i exactly feeling?
So as we all are fighting with our emotions and not able to decide that should we go all emotional about anything or should we use our brain to deal with something.
This whole book will be about how i dealed with some of my emotions and what goes wrong and what was right.
I think this all starts with accepting ourselves as we are and digging in ourselves a little bit more so that we can understand our true emotions.
So love yourself and know that 'You are enough'
